I dislike the fact that all the bolts and washers needed to safely assemble the slide were not in the package provided. The tube pieces were difficult to assemble, often requiring three adults. It was not easy to install. However, once we got all the bolts, washers and wood supports in place and locked down, the structure became more sturdy and safe.
