I WOULD NEVER BUY OR RECOMMEND FROM THI" SELECT CRISPY ELECTRIC FIREPLACE" AGAIN !! I CANCELLED AN ORDER FOR A FIREPLACE AND I RELIZED IT WAS GOING TO BE TO BIG FOR WHERE I WANTED IT TO GO, SO I WITHIN THE TEN MINUTES CANCELLED THIS ONE AND CHOOSE A SMALLER ONE, THEY SENT THE CANCELLED ONE ANYWAY AND TOLD ME TO REFUSE IT OR IF I MISSED THE DRIVER JUST RETURN IN WHICH I DID,ON DEC.11TH. THIS HAS BEEN GOING ON ALL THIS TIME AND NOW I FIND OUT THEY WERE PULLING MONEY FROM MY BANK !!! THEY HAVE SCAMMED ME !! I GUESS THIS IS SOME PEOPLES WAY OF GETTING RICH OFF OF OTHERS. THE RETURN IS STILL SITTING THERE ON AMAZON SHOWING THEY RECEIVED IT BACK ON DEC. 13TH

I am torn here! It’s nice but I wish I would have listen to what others said about the wood sticks inside, they are stuck at the top and I have tried everything to them to fall. It’s not appealing looking like this. Seems to put out good amount of heat.

Best heater I've ever purchased. It's elegant, easy to install, heats up a pretty large living room (even when it's below freezing outside). I love the option to change the two different flames. Definitely recommend this product to anyone in need of a reliable heater.

This looks perfect, great deal, easy to install, very easy to use and works great, the flame is great you can change flame and rocks color along with how fast or slow the flame goes and it was the perfect size for our wall.

I was thrilled when I first got it out of the box and turned it on. No issues. Lots of nice color options and put out good heat. After about 2 days, I woke up and noticed a heat distortion in the plastic causing a fun house mirror effect and effectively ruining it. It's not the glass it's the plastic behind up around the heating element. There should be no plastic anywhere near there. I believe it to be a design fault. The heating element exhaust port is such that hot air is vented straight down inside the glass effectively trapping it against the plastic. This plastic is also very close to the heating element itself. This is a recipe for recirculating hot air which distorts the plastic. There is another review showing photos of it even worse than mine. See the photos. They need to use metal around the heating element not plastic. Typical China corner cutting. Buyer beware! This thing needs a redesign so the heat exhaust does not vent directly onto the plastic and distort it. Seems obvious but.......
