When I got the two boxes I was worried lol but it wasn't hard to put together and turned out so nice.. it's my favorite piece of furniture in my place

This was a gift for my son’s first apartment. The stand is beautiful and sturdy. The fireplace however has stopped working after one day. It continued to turn off and eventually stopped working all together. I have sent two messages to the seller with no response.Update: The seller reached out to me and gave options as to why the fireplace was not working. After troubleshooting what they recommended the fireplace is now working with no problems. The seller was very helpful and accommodating. Thank you for all your help.

I purchased one of these and liked it so much I purchased another one a few days later. The one I got today makes a loud noise when you turn the fireplace on. I’d like to EXCHANGE it for a working fireplace, but whenever I try to contact the seller it doesn’t go through? How do I contact the seller?

It is beautiful! Looks just like picture! Only down side is putting it together but it’s simple! I put it together and was very impressed by the instructions and labeling of the pieces! Not only that, but the heater on the fireplace warms up my whole house in a matter of minutes! I just wish it was a little longer and wider cause my 80’ TV sits on the ends of stand. Overall, it is worth the money!

UPDATE: After posting my review the seller directly reached out and was able to send the second box i needed to replace the broken fireplace part. Their response and problem solve was quick and friendly, and they confirmed when i spoke with customer service before, it was the Amazon general customer service and not theirs. I appreciate how quickly they responded and how fast the item arrived. my fireplace stand is sitting pretty, cozy, and good as new. Love my fireplace stand now that it works!!!ORIGINAL (2 Stars): The TV stand is really nice and sturdy. It comes in two boxes. 1. The stand 2. The fireplace. The only issue was the fireplace part isnt working after 4 days. I reached out to see if we could get a replacement of the second box of the fireplace. They said we could only return the whole stand or get a 5-20% discount. After putting a sturdy stand together its kind of a pain to take apart and return. We dont want to return the stand, we really like it… we just wanted a replacement on the fireplace defect. I looked up replacements for the fireplace part and its the price of the whole stand soooo it was kind of a jip and disappointment.

This is the best product I have bought off Amazon in a while. Came in two separate boxs shelving was first. Fireplace insert the next day. It is made of good quality material.Follow instructions. Don't use power tools it is a smooth process to put together. Finish look is amazing. Yes it does blow heat i recommend this product for sure.
