Perfect fit plug and play. This could be user error on my part but I could NOT find the “product guide” mentioned in the listing, to confirm that this would fit my model number of dishwasher. I ended up searching on GE’s parts page and cross referenced the actual part number.

perfect replacement for the drain sensor on my GE dishwasher.Resolved a "Failed to Drain" error that was interrupting the cycle regularly (water WAS draining out of the tub, so that made the drain sensor the clear failure).

Buy this product if your dishwasher continues to run drain pump even if door is open and Possibly showing H20 error. My original sensor was dirty and needed cleaning but after cleaning wouldn't seal back like new. Replacement fixed the leak and no issues.

I wasn't sure this would work, but given the price of a service call I was willing to try. Surprise - it was fairly easy to install with average DIY skills and worked perfectly. If I had any advice it would be to mop up as much water as possible before you uninstall the old part, and have more towels on hand than you think you need because it's nice to have a fresh one to lean your head against as you are looking under the machine. I didn't want to take the whole machine out and flip it on its side to replace the part, and it wasn't necessary. It's been a month now and no further problems.

When my dishwasher stopped working after 2 years I was so bummed, but we quickly found it , it was because I wasn’t cleaning the filter, and the waste went all the way this part ruining it. After we replaced this part it worked. So happy it was a $20 fix

Hello,I ordered this part from a different vendor, but after installing it, I still got the same error. I almost called in a local repair shop, but it would have cost me $75 for the diagnostic and then parts. I decided to order another part from this vendor, which was a bit higher, but had good ratings. I had Prime, so got the part the next day and replaced it within minutes. I have been using my dishwasher since without any issues or leaks. I highly suggest using this vendor and spending $8 more as you'll get your issues resolved on the first try. Thanks.

Of course our dishwasher stopped working while we're in the middle of baby bottle and breast pump part washing hell. When set to run, it would just try to pump on and off for a minute or two, then pump for a solid minute or two, and then stop doing anything. Some Google & YouTube searching led me to believe this part was gunked up. Fortunately it's easy to get to just behind the kickplate, and after removing the part I could see this was the case. There was apparently supposed to be a small hole in the black sensor piece, but it was so gross I couldn't even tell. I was able to order this the following morning with same-day delivery and got it installed that evening. Dishwasher is working fine now.
