Your cart is empty.This Square D Pumptrol 9013FHG12J52 air-compressor pressure switch controls an electrically driven air compressor in a power circuit when the adjustable threshold upon falling is reached and is set to turn off at 125 psi. The switch has a 1/4" NPSF internal fluid connection and is suitable for use with a lower-horsepower motor with 1. 5 hp or less. The non-adjustable differential is 30 psi, and the adjustable cut-out range is 70-150 psi. The switch is diaphragm actuated and has a fixed differential. The threshold, or setting point, upon rising adjusts with a screw nut. The switch has screw terminal electrical connections, and two 2-pole NC contacts open on rising pressure. The enclosure is National Electrical Manufacturers Association (NEMA) Type 1 and Ingress Protection (IP) 20 rated. The switch is Underwriters Laboratories (UL) Listed and Canadian Standards Organization (CSA) certified. This switch includes a 2-way pressure release valve. I used a couple smaller pressure switches but they didn’t hold up well to the use. This square D has worked for about a year now with no problems at all.

My compressor was set up to use a pressure relief valve to release the pressure on the head when the compressor shuts off so that it is easier for the compressor to start.If your equipment does not require the pressure release then this switch will work just fine if the system pressure range uses a shut off pressure of 130psi or less.

Nice switch. Just know you can adjust overall cut in and cut out, but you can not adjust the differential. Some switches allow you to do overall, and also when the compressor cuts in and when it cuts out, this has a pre set swing. But the Square D, I bought the other Junker here and it lasted 6 months. This switch is priced cheap for the quality.
