The item was fine but missing the eye bolts to screw into the wood, so it's useless without the attachments.

Didn't come with any instructions so it's not perfect, but figuring it out wasn't too difficult, and my dog loves it.

This keeps our little dog safe and free of tangles. She likes to run in circles, so she would get all tangled on the old one. This one has swivels on both ends, which prevents her from getting tangled. Also the trolley part was easy to attach to the line, it just clipped right on.

Only reason I didn't give 5 Stars is there were no installation instructions inside the box. Had to find it again on the Internet and watch a video. How simple would it have been to have a sheet of printed installation instructions inside the box?
