the machine after 1 month is not working, the manufacturer sent me a replacement battery when the first one stopped working so the battery is in good condition.I was unable to properly test the product, due to weather conditions before the return window closed on January 31st. Unfortunately, when I finally had the chance to use it, I discovered that it is not working and amazon suggested that I talk to the manufacturerafter i talked to Erik the customer service rep I'm very happy because they are sending a new machine and in my book that is 5 star company

Easy assembly, works good in light snow. Good for my deck and walkway. Not to hard to use.

Let me start with the positives- easy to assemble, does throw the snow a good distance, moderate battery life.Negative- it snags on every single imperfection on the surface. Unless you are using this on an absolutely pristine surface, be prepared to be stopped abruptly and readjust. You could not use this on a gravel surface. Also, unless your snow is absolutely free of any twigs or pebbles you should carry a screw driver with you to dislodge anything that becomes stuck in the moving part. I had to stop three times during a single battery charge. Before our next snow, I will thoroughly sweep any area that I need to clear before the snow falls.Overall, it's okay, but I would not purchase it again.

We wanted a portable snow thrower and this one is nice and wide, 17”. The wheels and throwing adjustments make it easier to use and blow snow where you want.Others are narrow width, 12”,13” so require more passes to clear your snow.Just tested it and it seems to work fine as it has not snowed yet.

Love this item !! I have a hard time shoveling snow do to a bad back. Shovel is battery powered so you might need two battery’s other than that was easy to use did a great job. Cleaning it was easy . Quality is great and it is light weight.

**update**The company got back to me and after a video of the machine not working, they sent a replacement! The replacement works, so I am revising my review.Bought last year and didn’t use it. This year I went to use it and it won’t work! Battery is charged, it just clicks. Auger won’t move. Contacted the company because I am still in the years warranty. Have not heard from them! Total waste of money. Buyer beware!

What a good find this was. I live in a townhouse now and have a two-car driveway. This will easily clear my driveway, the sidewalk, and a neighbor's driveway before it needs to be recharged. It is powerful, throws the snow a surprisingly good distance, and handles about as easy as a vacuum cleaner, which is a lot easier than the gas power snow blower I used with my old house. I was a little worried that it would not handle snow deeper than say 6 in. But I did not find that it had a problem. Now I did not wait until snow was a foot deep before I used it, but honestly would not be surprised if it threw that snow too as long as I didn't feed it too fast

This is the second one I have bought. A friend liked it that I placed an order for her. Throws the snow a good distance and easy to handle. Costumer service is also very good when I contacted them with a question. I cleared snow from my short driveway and sidewalk in one charge of the battery.

Battery did not last long enough to do 20 x 20’ area with snow less than 3 inches deep. However, the snow had been there a couple days, and the wind had crusted it over.The chute is easily adjusted. That it has built in an ergonomic manner and that the battery is about at hip height when you’re pushing it and that the handle is adjustable.

Looked at all machines out there. This one had great reviews and I loved the fact you can direct the snow compared to the other snow shovels. However when I put it together (which was very easy) I took it outside for our 3 inches of snow that fell during the day and the auger would not turn. I tried everything. Auger would not turn. I was so excited to try other products from Superhandy. Now I’m having doubts! I hope I can get an exchange for another unit.Two days later, I did some research and found that the belt off the spool. I took the 5 screws off and slowly spooled the belt back on. Took it outside and it worked well. It died after 15-20 mins. I highly recommend to buy another battery or even buy one that is 4ah or 6ah. I don’t know if they make those sizes of batteries or not for this machines. It’s sooo needed!

I purchased two, one for me and one for my sister. The snow thrower is well made, easy to put together and easy to maneuver. My sister had snow and it worked great to clear her decks. I am waiting to see how it does for my patio and sidewalk.
