Sunvie 200 watt transformer was very well packaged and easy to install. It has a longer 110 volt power cord than the old transformer it replaced allowing for more flexible install locations. The Sunvie has 2 separate 12 volt terminals for the landscape lighting (also 2 separate 14 volt terminals) which was perfect for my needs since I have 2 separate wiring loops for my outdoor lighting.The transformer it replaced (company out of business for 10 plus years) worked well for many years and if the Sunvie unit holds up that well I will be very satisfied. My only concern is that it has only a 1 year warranty, since it looks so well made I think a longer warranty would inspire more confidence in purchasing this product.

This low voltage transformer has some nice design features: digital display and set up, two connections for low voltage cables, selection of either 12v or 14v etc. Even the mounting plate is easy to install and holds the transformer securely. The transformer seems to be well-built and quite heavy.The cable connection is easy to install. I ran two cables of low voltage lights in different directions. If the cable length is too long and beginning to drop the voltage, I have the option to use the 14v connection instead of the typical 12v. The back has a nice clear cover to protect the wiring connections. Should be a good protection against wet weather and short circuit.I was surprised to find a photo-eye feature for turning on automatically when the surrounding gets dark.Compared to my old transformer, this replacement is definitely a step up at no extra cost.

This is a well-made easy to install and use Landscape Lighting Transformer. I like the fact that it has 2 circuits both with 12v and 14v (for extra-long lengths accommodating potential voltage drop). I also like the variety of in use modes. I use the auto dusk on timer off function which works accurately. The price is very good comparing to other transformers available.

I am returning this after one day. The first red flags were it arrived in a Harbor Breeze box, had no instruction manual, and the drilling template included was not for this transformer! Worked for a day, with a 65 w total draw, and just stopped. Reset does not work. Impossible to get any manufacturer support. Do Not Purchase!

Had to replace my 35+ yrs Malibu 200watt transformer. After looking at lots of products, I read reviews on this brand and the ease of programming. Next, do I get 120 or 200 watts? I have (11) 3 watt lights, and (3) 10 watt spotlights. Total 63 watts. BUT, I have distance between all light including a three car driveway (wire underneath), so decided to stay with same size unit, in case I want to add/change lights out down the road. I’m happy with purchase, so easy to program, came with photocell, but I’m not using it because unit is mounted inside garage and I have carriage lights outside garage doors and will interfere with brightness. Timer is so easy. Also it is UL listed which I wanted to make sure for safety. Had it for only 5 days so far but working like a charm. My lights are even brighter than before! Obviously, my old one needed to go bye-bye!

Delivery-The delivery was quick. The products package was a little damaged but the product itself was in new condition. It came with easy to read, install instructions, and specifications.Device Options-The time and photo on off settings work great. It has multiple voltage ports. Make sure you read up on the gauge of wire, for total voltage per number of lights needed, and distance of linear footage from transformer to last light for maximum efficiency and voltage carried. Product does not have the Bluetooth option but it works great with photo sensor and timers.My usage -I installed, 14 - 5watt LED lights that spanned 200ft from transformer on the 14volt port. I used 14/2 guage wire to carry power for that distance. Works great for that distance with no power loss or overload. I have another port and still have 140watts left over. Plan to install more devices.Durability-Seems to hold up to direct sun and indirect rain. Installed under the eve of the roof. So far I would recommend for the amount of wattage output and voltage.
