These click in so easily. You can adjust the length for small or large dogs. My little guy can still jump off the seat, but I'm thankful he can't go flying around the car since he's securely buckled in. The thickness of this is the same as a leash.

These keep dogs safely intact seat. A bit tricky to insert buckle into seat belt slot.

I have a golden retriever who hates car rides. So these help keep her in the back and also give peace of mind if I need to hit the breaks hard that she won’t get hurt. I would recommend and they’re easy to use.

The webbing used is paper thin and poor quality. The hardware is also cheap, lightweight material that would probably break if there were an accident. Don't waste your money and go cheap like I did.

Two years ago when my dog was a wild-with-spirit puppy, she jumped out of the car when I opened the door--and happily ran right into the busy street. I couldn't run fast enough, my heart breaking. Fortunately a thoughtful guy swept her up and brought her back. I now have this strap in my vehicle. It's my dog's seat belt. This simple strap snaps into the seat belt clasp just like your seat belt and connects to the "D ring" on your dog's collar. If she is riding shotgun and I see her staring at me, I know she is thinking about grabbing the hat off my head or a clip from my hair. Trying to wrestle a dog off of yourself while driving is of course a dangerous situation. This strap helps her stay put in the passenger seat and keeps her from crawling all over me.I tried having her ride in the back seat. Had the back seat covered.etc. She kept wanting to jump in front and would also vomit back there. So shotgun in the passenger seat it is. Good thing I rarely have passengers. Most importantly, if I get out of the car, she doesn't race under my feet to get out. So dangerous. She is now trained to quietly wait until I walk over to the passenger side and open the door for her. I clip the regular leash onto her collar, unclip this "car leash" and we are good to go.This isn't like a sophisticated, tested 2 million times, human seat belt. It's just a simple strap. So for everyday driving with your dog, you do have some increased safety in situations like those I stated above.

This is a great product & prevents my dog from wandering in the car while keeping him safe if in the event there's a sudden stop (heaven forbid, an accident).Heavy duty clips, adjusting leash to length, easy install, great for large & small animals, light weight.When traveling & teathered, I'll change over to a dog harness (not a collar) with the upper & lower rings. In vehicle, I'll use the lower ring under the chest & out of vehicle, I'll use the top ring for the leash. This limits the "strain" on the neck, shoulders, & vital organs while in travel. This also helps prevent the dog from "flying forward" / keeping him "in-seat".A great product & must have for any critter that travels. Safe for you & your pet!

They work well. Click tightly into car seat belt. I just have a dog who got a little anxious on a trip, I forgot her toy so she ate the leash part of the seat belt (in less than 2 minutes) ... i still have the 2nd one and it is good. Mia now has specific toys for the car.

These are a great product.It didn't fit in one of the buckles, but fits in all the others.I feel happy and secure knowing that my little fur child is secure.Have thought about using it on humans.
