I would have been better off buying a sheet of plastic wrap. This is so very thin and will not last weeks let alone an entire pool season. I’m sorry I didn’t read the reviews before purchasing. I thought I ordered the one that I bought before. If I did they certainly changed the millage on this. Very disappointed.

Lightweight to manage on our reel. We live in MA and our pool is up to 88 degrees in early July. Prevents water loss and temperature loss at night. Only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is I’m not sure how durable it will be long term. Easy to trim for our oval pool.

Ordered this cover last June and I live in IL so swim season is short. Went to use cover for this 1st time this year and it literally shredded in my hands. Contacted seller about warranty and they expect me to pay $65 for a so called pro rated warranty! Shop else if you can

Heats up the top 7-8 inches almost too warm to let the littles jump right in. Couple of swirls with the skimmer and the kids have gone from staying in the pool for only 30-40 minutes at a time (because of cold temp) to swimming for hours! SO happy and worth the money!!

I bought a larger size solar cover to hang over the side of the pool instead of lying inside the pool. I purchased large clips to keep the cover in place. Easy to remove from the pool. Keeps the leaves and tree twigs out of the pool as well as keeps the water warm Very satisfied with this purchase.

Compared to past solar blankets, this one felt thin and flimsy. Good news is that it’s much less bulky and easier for one person to handle. Not sure if it’s just that solar blankets have evolved and not as heavy now….or just thin. The pool is warming, so it’s working! Update to follow when we remove it to store

I purchased this solar cover because we live in the Northeast and I wanted to have my pool warm enough for my husband to enjoy. He does not like a cold pool. We have had our pool for 10 years and he has only gone in a handful of times, so I thought I would try a solar blanket. Well..what a difference this made. I bought one that was a little bigger than my 18 x 30 oval pool and it was fairly easy to cut to size. It fits perfectly. It is easy to put on and take off, although my husband made hooks for it on the side of the pool so it wasn’t laying on the ground or in the grass. We looked it up on youTube and he made them in a couple of hours. My husband has been in the pool almost every day! I am so happy woth how well this works and now we can enjoy the pool together! Even if it only lasts one season, but I think it will last longer, it was worth it. I will definitely buy it again whenever this one is no longer viable. I would definitely recommend this.THE FIRST ONE I BOUGHT WAS GREAT AS YOU CAN SEE BY MY REVIEW, AND IT LASTED 4 SEASONS. I PURCHASED ONE THIS YEAR AND THE QUALITY IS NOT THE SAME. IT IS NOT AS THICK AS THE FIRST ONE AND I DON’T THINK IT WILL LAST AS LONG AS THE FIRST ONE. THEY AHOULD HAVE KEPT THE SAME THICKNESS. IT STILL WORKS GREAT BUT MORE FLIMSY AND HARDER TO HANDLE. I WOULD STILL RECOMMEND BECAUSE IT WORKS BUT WHEN I AM READY TO BUY THE NEXT ONE I WILL MAKE SURE IT IS THICKER.
