The material is sturdy and appears to be working well. My pool temperature is rising and maintaining through the overnight well.

These work great to cover the pool during nights that are cooler and to prevent heat loss. They keep the temp warm, the weight is sturdy. Over time the bubbles do break off, so after several seasons in Florida weather the cover needs replacing, but the price is reasonable.

Went from adding water every other day to every 3rd day , kWh dropped daily use 25%, heat retention overnight is definitely noticeable…HD material…14ft -36ft Fl. Pool.

Very thick and stiff should last longer than the flimsy ones. Cut easily with scissors to a perfect fit. Cheaper solution than ordering from manufacturer, just brought separate straps and installed myself. Now my swim spa has a thick summer cover which won’t bunch up when self clean jets come on.

We use this in our oddly shaped spa. It was easy to trim and it’s easy to roll up and deploy. It also does a good job limiting evaporation. The heat thing is questionable, but conceptually good.

I've been using this for 2 years in South Florida. I typically will remove it as we get into May in store it out of the Sun in my shed. So far it has not started to fall apart. I use a heat pump in this retains the heat very well. I have been swimming on several days where it was below 50 but the pool was quite warm in the '80s. During the coldest part of the year which is typically January my electric bill went up about $100. I'm in my '70s in this solar cover has allowed me to swim year round. I'm very pleased with the fact that I bought this particular brand.

Nice product, but the heavier thickness adds to the total weight of cover hard to get on and off for one person

I bought this thinking I would extend my swimming season but unfortunately Hurricane Helene showed up at the door so I did not put it on until today, almost 2 weeks later when I noticed the water level went down an inch in just a few days. I was only thinking about water temperature and not evaporation which was a big mistake! So today, I pulled this out to use until I close my pool next week. I was quite disappointed when I got the cover on the pool only to find that it was roughly 4" too short. Thankfully I had another solar cover I use for pieces so now I have 3 pieces to make up for that 20 ft x 4 inch missing cover. Definitely not the prettiest having to do that. As far as how efficient it is for reducing loss of heat at night and water evaporation during the day, I don't know yet but I will update this next week to see how it did.
