I put this on an old Ducati Monster motorcycle handlebar. Fits well with the provided reducer rubber straps. The thing works and doesn't require power, so that's nice. But, as others have mentioned, the print is really, really small. Pretty much unreadable while riding.

It's so small I can hardly read it. Even then, with such a small dial the perceived accuracy is really no better than my best guess since I'm outside already anyway.

Clips on to handlebar in seconds. Fairly easy to read with good eye sight but it is only the size of a nickle so looking at it you could be a degree or two off, but it will get you in the "ball park". Accuracy seems okay. When you are sitting and the sun beats straight down on it, it does seem to read high. I believe I get a better reading when I am peddling the bike or am out of the sun. I have enjoyed mine and feel it was worth the money.

WOW, I don’t know where to start. I read the reviews and most of them said it’s very small. The unit is very small and hard to read, well all of them are correct. I cannot believe how small this temperature gauge is I’ve sent a picture along with my review, showing how small, this item really is! They must have a great camera on a macro setting to take pictures that make it look big! So I am suggesting unless you’re a child under 10 years old don’t bother buying this product it’s just going to piss you off, oh by the way, you can’t return it so you’re out a pocket 13 bucks! Buyer beware!!!

I like the form factor of this thermometer and the way it fits on my bike, but it is not well calibrated - doesn’t respond to cold temperatures appropriately, and I have also realized that a 15-100 degree thermometer would be a better range and allow for finer-grained information output for my activities.

Not eligible for refund because it has mercury probably. Definitely doesnt work. Its reading 100 degrees when it's like 80 out. If it has any exposure to the sun the black plastic heats up and give a totally different temp then the air temp u were looking for. It's also small af, which means that even if it did work you cant even tell what the temp is without stopping and squinting. Totally p.o.s.... definitely dont buy this.

Many things (clouds, altitude, rain, wind) can affect temperature during a ride. This is a relatively cheap way to know the temperature. It's a bi-metal thermometer (I think) and does not require batteries. It's very easy to install and clips on the bars in seconds. A synthetic rubber insert may be used for small bars or remove the insert for larger bars. It's small and a little difficult to read while riding, but I managed. I have one on each of my road bikes and really like them.

This is a great little thermometer for a motorcycle. It fit snugly on 7/8" (22mm) handlebar tube with the rubber ring underneath. Just take your time and snap it on slowly so you don't crack the plastic. Some people have complained about accuracy. It is all about use case - I just want to know how warm/cold it is to the nearest 5 degrees F, and for this job the thermometer is great. Yes, I have to look closely to read it, but this is not a big problem. I don't need to read it while riding. I mounted it up by the throttle grip so it is easier to see.A few people have commented about accuracy. The one I got seems to read about 2-3 degrees above what another digital thermometer shows, and I am happy with this. Different units probably vary slightly. The up side is that this is small, discrete, and there is no coin cell battery that needs to be replaced. My only complaint is the temperature range: -20 to 120 F is a ridiculously huge range. My guess is very few people bike below freezing (32 F) or much about 100 F. A dial with a smaller range would be more accurate and easier to read. But perhaps this is just the range you can get with this particular bimetallic-strip type dial.
