This is a very affordable faucet and stylish for replacing old Moen faucet on my Jacuzzi tub. Much more modern than the old-style faucet. The price is a bargain compared to other name brands. Well-made, don't be afraid to buy it! You won't be sorry.

Knowing nothing about plumbing, I was a bit unnerved when my plumber told me I needed new fixtures for my bathtub, and that he would install them, but I needed to order them from Amazon. Following his instructions as to the general type, I was overwhelmed with the number of choices.I was also surprised by the cost range.Cost was important to me, but obviously I wanted quality as well. This selection was indeed reasonably priced, but I was uneasy since I was not familiar with the brand name. The reviews seemed to be decent, so I made my choice. It arrived in 48 hours; was attractive in design and finish ; and the vigorous flow of water from the faucet was pleasing and reassuring.So, I am happy with this selection. And my plumber told me I had chosen well also.

Item arrived quickly and was simple as falling down to install! Item seems to be very well made and had all the hardware to install. Very happy and will try and buy from this manufacture again!

I absolutely love this new tub faucet !A bad deal turned beautiful. I decided to take back the original one I bought from Lowe’s and found this one saved around $80 on this and it was soooo simple to install now trying to take off the old one was a nightmare. But this set was really easy and it was basically all common sense I only had to look at the instructions maybe 3 times just to double check but they were very helpful with listing what everything is and what order etc. with writing and diagrams also veryyyy helpful!The water flow is wonderful so smooth not loud but it now fills it so much better.Functions perfectly and fits like it was made for this tub I have a very small corner and it’s hot water side is backed up by the wall if it was just 1/4” longer handle it wouldn’t of worked. So thankful for the quality of this also!Thank you to me man for saying check amazon because I absolutely love my new and improved tub !

Carefully consider these issues before you purchase this product. The unit appears to be of decent quality however, I installed this product using the minimum distance recommended according to the instructions. Even though I adhered to the specifications, this caused kinks in the supply line between each control unit and the main faucet stem. I needed to purchase some 90 degree elbows which I installed in the faucet (center) unit pointing down to relieve the stress on the supply lines due to the tight turn.After the unit was installed i noticed a slow drip from the spout and I was able to narrow it down to the hot water control. I sent several emails from the support site, and left a voice message on the company support line over the past week and still have not received any response. It appears that their support is based out of China and phone calls roll to voicemail. There is a 3 year warranty on the unit but that doesn't do any good if nobody responds or picks up the phone. Don't even bother looking for any replacement parts locally.And yes, I did run water through the lines to flush any debris. I am using PEX lines so no soldering or other contaminants contributing to this problem.
