The Product is of great quality. It arrived sooner than the original due date. My first thought was to give a 4 star review because the shipment came in with two knobs labeled COLD (the hot knob was not included in the shipment) I reached out to customer service, (very professional and helpful). They asked for a bit of information, which I provided and within minutes, I received an email stating they will be shipping the correct knob.The ease of working with a customer service team that is attitude and hassle free deserves a 5 star review!

I had a similar design from the 1920's that was leaking and it was getting harder to find seats. Decided to replace the unit with this.I wish it was a direct, easy replacement for me but it ended up being a struggle. The original hardware that ran to the previous faucet did not fit the new kingston fixture. The flange/flair/countersink on the kingston fixture is too shallow (not enough taper) to fit. Couldn't thread. Ended up purchasing new 3/4" batchcock coupling elbows and had to re-do the plumbing going to the tub.After reading some of the other reviews, I put a bit of plumbers putty where the "hot" and "cold" labels attach to hopefully make them fit a bit tighter so they won't go missing.Faucet is really nice and works great! No more leaks and I like that easier to operate compared to the old style. Just wish the inlet had a 60 degree taper instead of a 120 degree (or 90?)

I used this vintage tub faucet to replace a non-vintage faucet on a claw foot tub for my neighbor. For a very low price, this is a quality ceramic cartridge faucet that has dramatically beautified this vintage tub. Only time will tell if this faucet continues to operate as well as it does now. Homeowner is extremely pleased with the look and function. Install was straight forward and a flawless fit.

The only thing I disliked about it is it doesn't have an attachment where you were shower. Screw onto. Other than that, a lot. Very much.

Appearance is very nice. Easy installation. Works very well. However the hot and cold screw caps come off easily when least expected. O Ring which hold them on do not hold very well. Also be prepared to reattach the decals( hot &cold ) with an adhesive, they also detach from the caps themselves. Otherwise think I'll shop a little more for my other claw foot tub.

I initially was very perturbed that the center caps where not sitting right. They have since settled down nice and flat. It looks great and works great. I lowered my review to 3 stars because the Hot ceramic button on top came unglued and went right down the drain. So in less than 9 months. My last basic affordable faucet for my claw foot tub lasted easily over a decade with zero problems. Update: I contacted Kingston Brass and they sent me two brand new handles which includes the ceramic hot and cold buttons. So I’m very happy with them now.

I am very impressed with the quality and design of this tap. It's heavy duty construction makes the faulty existing tap I am replacing look really cheap.I am using this new tap on my 80 year old claw foot type bathtub. It looks and works great. I highly recommend it.

Nice solid feel. Easy to turn. Short to open full. About 1/4 turn. Ceramic cartridge new to me but works well so far and requires little effort to turn off and on. Only downside it that taps do not fit a standard water connector including those to which my old taps were connected. Luckily I had hired a plumber who phoned and found a source not likely available to me or at least I would not found easily. My plumber had to leave for 45 minutes to pick up the connectors necessary to complete the installation.
