I bought the faucet in summer 2024 and it was nice and easy to install. However 2 weeks ago it started leaking at the base of neck. I took it apart and saw that the white ring split. I contacted customer service and they quickly sent a new one. Everything works. Customer service was top notch.

Update: The company responded to my email and sent me the replacement part needed. Overall experience was pretty good.This product was packaged well and is very nice; however, according to my licensed plumber performing the install, we received a defective cold valve body. There is no customer service phone number, only an email address. I will update my review if the company responds to my email requesting directions on obtaining a replacement for the defective part.
