Working well and not too hard to install. It fits my old bath tub well and made with strong materials. I think it will last.

Had this faucet installed on our clawfoot tub and we couldn't be happier with it. Very well constructed and the ball valve diverter is a game changer! Solid components, easy to adjust water temp knobs, no drips at all!

This type of fixture used to be expensive and often problematic, this model looks to have changed that in good fashion. Nothing flashy, just straight function and that it does.Installation was simple as it can be, in my case right up against a wall with little room, but the parts all threaded up well and took a reasonable amount of torque without issue. The shower raiser fitting has a seal installed, I added a little Teflon tap to just the tip of the raiser pipe, no leaks. The twist diverter is a nice improvement over the constantly malfunctioning pull-up push-down type, and might just last a while longer. The quarter turn valves make for quick operation but leave enough play for accurate temperature adjustment between the hot and cold valves.I'm very much pleasantly pleased with this fixture and would suggest it to anyone looking.

At first, with this product being twice the price of similar item, I was hesitating to purchase but I went ahead. I'm thoroughly impressed with this product. Well made, solid. Unlike most with a plunger style of water route changer from tub to shower, this has a leaver. You want quality, but this product model definitely delivers. Great instructions included made installation very easy.

Time will tell, but after buying new taps every 10 years I was ready for a change. The main problem has always been adding a diverter & the lack of thread that eventually screws up the taps. This one seems solid, good copper foundation. The trick was finding the conversion from the taps to a regular shower head.Could not find one locally!Buy this - LASCO 08-2117I'm writing this review because I wish someone would have said this before!I did find the ball joint to be a little loose ( yes it was tighten down). But doesn't effect operation.Like the 1/4 turn taps, easy to get good balance of temp.

I needed to replace the faucet that has a shower diverter on my old claw foot tub. After looking at so many and seeing a highest review of 3.5 stars, I thought I would have to settle on a lousy one. Then I found this faucet that has no plastic in the construction and the diverter is a ball valve instead of the troublesome gate style diverter. The valves are quarter turn and have replacement cartridges, not the old style rubber washers. When it arrived, I was pleased with the construction. The installation was very easy and the operation is perfect. The water volume can be turned way down because you do not have to hold a diverter gate closed with the pressure. Water temperature control is precise and stable - no more adjusting the temp during the shower.Bottom line is a great replacement faucet that allows you to use less water which also saves on the water heating bill.

I bought this to replace the older version that had a normal diverter. On my old one the gasket came off the diverter and it would no longer function. I read a lot of reviews from people saying they had the same problem. This model has a ball valve that diverts the flow. I have much more confidence in a brass ball valve than a plastic thingy.Install takes about 10 minutes. All I used was a couple adjustables and channel locks.Once installed it's superiority became even more apparent. When it's set to shower the entire flow is diverted to the shower. No water passing through the tub filler. Which means more pressure out of the shower!

In the mid-90’s I installed an earlier edition of this faucet which had donut washer valves and a vertically sliding gate for water diversion from tub faucet to shower riser. After decades of use the flow rate gradually diminished to an unacceptable level. The shower head only dribbled. After dismantling and cleaning overnight in acid to clear away hard water deposits: no improvement. So this new value was purchased and installed. It has 1/4 turn cartridge valves and a ball valve for diverting water flow from tub faucet to shower riser. Tad ah!!! Better than original water flow rate from previous valve, and no leakage of water flow through faucet when ball valve turned to divert water to shower riser. I’m glad to have spent the extra $10 to get the ball valve diverter version of this faucet instead of the vertically sliding gate diverter. If one has an old claw foot bathtub with 3-3/8” hot-cold valve centers, this is an outstanding value with unsurpasssble performance.

I installed this about 3 weeks ago in my 1920's era clawfoot tub. So far so good!I had always intended to replace the aging faucet hardware on my tub, which dripped even with new washers installed, and whose shower diverter left a lot of water spilling directly into the drain. However, for a long time all I could find was very expensive antique reproduction hardware. This was the first inexpensive replacement I had seen. It seemed worth a shot, and it's turned out well. The hot and cold water controls seal well and don't require any force. With 1/4 turn for the whole range, they don't get awkwardly out of position. The ball-valve shower diverter is a revelation. It doesn't drip at all, and now my shower has excellent output. I don't even have to turn the water up all the way.The construction is a little wonky -- some things don't seem absolutely straight or symmetrical. But it's working perfectly, and compared to the competition, a sweet deal.
