Superb quality! Metal construction - no cheap plastic. Purchased this for our daughter & liked it so much we bought a taller one for our pantry, but the quality of this one is far superior! It folds up nice & narrow. Has a comfortable handle, too.

This is a very sturdy and hefty step ladder. It holds my 230 lbs without issue and whatever I'm lifting up. And it's construction is definitely heavy. My only issue is that it isn't wide enough and feels a little tippy side-to-side. I have to be careful to center my weight and the load directly above it; otherwise, I feel a sensation of it becoming unstable. Maybe it if was 4 to 6 inches wider, it'd be perfect. But that would lower the maximum load rating, not without reinforcing the steps and making it even heavier. For a two step ladder, this is okay for most tasks. But I definitely would not try any off-center lifts of anything near 100lbs. And I would be wary using the 3 step version as you're that much higher and that more tippy and likely to fall over sideways. So, almost a perfect step ladder that can handle heavy loads. Just be aware of its instability issues.
