I bought this to hold a monocular scope for the 2024 eclipse, and it was useless for this, too top-heavy. Also, the image of the sun was very small and couldn't focus and could only produce an extremely poor image. I did use the mount for holding eclipse glasses, since that worked better, though still didn't produce a good image with the phone since the filter couldn't be perfectly flat.

Dieses Teil habe ich zu dem passenden Fernglas bestellt.Es solle auf das Handy passen was es ja auch getan hat ....aber es passt nicht auf das Fernglas,obwohl es dafür extra gemacht wurde.Für mich ein klarer Reinfall und das Geld nicht wert.Würde ich nicht wieder kaufen.

Too clumsy on the phone and no way can be lined up with the lenses. The idea is good but at this time don’t work. Waste of time trying.
