Clear installation instructions and itβs quickly and easily installed on the RV ladder . Seams to be well built and sturdy.

The Starlink Gen 3 RV Ladder Pole Mount Kit is a reliable choice for RV internet. Easy to install from ground level, though instructions could be clearer. Sturdy steel build extends up to 11 feet for good signal. Fits various ladder sizes. Comes with a storage bag, but it's tight for the whole setup. Great for ease of use and durability, minor instructional hiccup aside. Recommended for RV connectivity needs. 4/5

Product well packaged and received is perfect condition. I start with that because most companies don't bother with supplying protective packaging. The pole is packaged with an air pack that surrounds both ends and the other hardware pieces were in bubble wrap. Hardware, the nuts and bolts, were very nice as well... they appear to be stainless steel. The pole is constructed out of aluminum and the mount to the starlink is pressed out steel. Also included are these clips to the pole that help manage the wiring from the terminal. Follow the well detailed instructions to build the brackets and mount. Added the starlink mount on the back then mounted to the pole. Followed the process to wedge the pole in the upper bracket then placed down into the lower cup bracket. Once aligned, I tighten the thumb screw on the bottom bracket. All of it went very smooth and happy with the results. I would highly recommend this mount.

There are quite a few different types of RV mounts, including the type you just carry to the top and set on the roof. This has to be the best I've seen. With a 11' telescoping pole, there won't be many places you can't get the antenna high enough to get a signal. And it's so easy to set up and take down that just about anyone can do it. I would like to mention something about the description - it says "the surface of the fixed kit has undergone a dual treatment of spraying and electrophoresis". Um, electrophoresis is a method of separating DNA or RNA according to their size and electrical charge. So...I'm not sure how they used "electrophoresis" on this Starlink mount, but I'm guessing you can probably just ignore that part.Installation of this literally takes about 10 minutes. Maybe 15 if you have a hard time on ladders. You bolt the top bracket near the top of the ladder. You bolt the bottom bracket, oh, about 2/3 of the way down (you can move it higher if you need to get more altitude), and put the part that goes on the dish on the dish. Then you extend it as far as needed, put the top of the pole in the top mount, then the bottom in the bottom mount, and tighten the set screws. It's a seriously fast operation. The hardware comes with lock washers, but I recommend the additional step of putting a drop of Loc-Tite on each bolt / nut. You can never be too careful with things on the back of a vibrating vehicle. Alternatively, you could also swap out the nuts for nylon locknuts, which would be the best option I would think. Either way, I would take a little extra precaution than just the lock washers, if only a drop of thread locker. This is pretty much THE Starlink mount to get for your RV. Don't climb up on the roof every time. And I certainly don't recommend drilling holes in the roof if you can avoid it. This has got to be the best system I've seen yet, and it certainly goes the highest out of anything I've tried or used. 5 stars.

Easy to install and use, comes with a storage bag, would be nice if the dish portion of the mount fit in that bag while attached to the pole, but not a big deal (maybe I just havenβt figured out how to use it?).

Very Niceley Packed, came with tools but the wrench is to small to handle. Good quality equipment that I know will last awhile. Instructions a little confusing as it uses pictures, but it needs more explaining.
