This melting pot is exactly what I need, which is to melt all manner of things. Butter, chocolate, cheese… it can handle all of it, and quite a lot if I want. The handle is easy to grip, and it has a lip that allows it to rest on the edge of a bowl or pot. The little spatula is a bonus, and it will surely help if you need to scrape cheese or chocolate from the pot. It’s a great item that will find a lot of uses in my kitchen.
