This is a great little tool to help bring out the notes that get lost moments after your espresso is extracted. Super easy to use and VERY satisfying to watch. My only problem is that it’s a little pricey. I will be ordering another one though, so I can make 2 delicious cups of coffee.

Fits perfectly over every cup I’ve tried, and under my nespresso maker in a cup. It does the job of cooling down your coffee so you don’t end up with watered down iced coffee. Great price and concept!

I've now used this with both my espresso machine and keurig, and while it's no miracle-worker for chilling, I did find that it cooled my espresso enough to require much less ice when creating a cold beverage. That was a nice win in my book! With the Keurig, it didn't do quite as well, likely since the mug of coffee was so much larger that it just is too much for the ball to cool even just out of the freezer.I'd say the very best performance on this would be for single-shot espresso pulls, although double shots will get a noticeable cooling effect as well.It would be slightly easier to use if they could make the ball sit a bit deeper into the cup as I had to use my lowest mug under the espresso machine in order for it to fit under the spout. However, that will change with other machines and heights so only a small issue.Overall I love that it's cute, fun to use, and works reasonably well!
