So item seems fine. Just finished assembly. Missing two pieces. At best instructions are opaque. There are photos that depict each build but the photos cannot be seen as they show no detail and accompanying words are senseless. So you assemble thru intuition. Once you understand the directions are written for beings on another planet you deduce what goes where as it is not difficult. But the first time you look at the parts and the instructions you realize you are on your own. Really seems like a nice unit but the Rosetta Stone is an easier read.

I got sick of buying compost so I decided to make my own, and this thing is perfect for those like me who are just starting out. It's compact but still holds a good amount of materials. The instructions were worded oddly but it was still very simple to put together. Unlike other reviewers, my holes were sized properly and I was able to get my screws flush without any issues. Airflow, temperature, and humidity seem adequate thus far. Doesn't smell, and doesn't look unsightly next to my greenhouse!

To soon to speak to it's actual purpose of making compost but it was easy to assemble, it simply snaps together with only a few screws, feels sturdy. It's compact size was perfect for my needs.

I want it a starter compost, and this one turned out to be exactly what I was looking for enough size for a one person or two person, household easy to assemble and sturdy enough as you turn it. In my case, I give it about 20 turns a day, and I have not noticed any leakage, except when I failed to slide the door properly and for the price you cannot beat it.

Llegó antes de tiempo y por eso le doy una estrella más y armarlo es sumamente fácil, pero los tornillos están grandes y tuve que agregar otros, además la varilla del final no quedaba correctamente, porque los orificios no eran los adecuados.

Very study once constructed and easy to useThe sliding door could be a little easier to manage, but it secures the inside well, so overall it's great for the price and what we needed it for.

So far it's done a great job as a compost tumbler. When I first assembled it I threw in a big pile of leftover kitchen scraps, a bunch of torn up cardboard, and some old potting soil to kickstart the decomposition process. It's only been about 3 weeks and almost all of the food scraps, along with a good amount of the cardboard that went in on day 1, are already decomposed!I rotate this tumbler every other day or so, and give it a thorough watering every time I turn it. It is also in a spot where the afternoon sun can heat it up a bit during the day. This formula seems to be working great so far. Any excess water in the compost slowly drips out through the bottom over the course of a few hours. The only bad thing so far about this is that the instructions for assembling are god awful, but assembly is intuitive enough that you just kinda figure it out anyway. I took me about 35 minutes to assemble by myself.Would highly recommend this tumbler for people with small gardens or container gardens.

Easy to assemble. The pictures are clear enough, but the wording in the directions are oddly worded. The only sticking point was the screw openings in the metal poles. It took a little muscle to get screws started, but they went in and hold securely. Initial quality is better than I expected. I can see this thing actually lasting for a long time. Fits nicely in the corner of our apartments back deck.

So i bought this not expecting much but didnt want to invest a fortune on my first try at composting. Well the screws they provide do not fit the holes so you will need to get your own. Also none of it fits easily together. It took my boyfriend and i lining things up exactly....and a bit of brute force but its assembled. Its kind of flimsy but its a cheap plastic barrel so its about what you expect. Ill update once i get it going. Wish me luck.3/19/22- we have been composting for a while now. It has held up. It works pretty good but you do need to be vigilant about the mix you put in because drainage isn't great so you need to make sure it doesn't get soggy. Also unloading it is a little tricky but for what it is it does a great job.
