I love the different sizes and the silicone liner that comes with them.

I made a cheesecake for the very first time using this pan and it was so easy to use. The cake didnt stick at all. Just make sure you fully dry the pan in the oven after washing so it doesn't get rusty.

These pans are very good quality. The price is right for a nice set like these. I would buy them again. I like the non-stick coating

These pans were excellent for cheesecake. We used them for Thanksgiving. They are very easy to use and wash. I will use them for future holidays and many other occasions. Well, I will be using these for many years.

They work well for cheesecake. The precut parchment lines are a great idea. I just need to learn to be able to slip the cake out of the pan better. Still learning but I like them

I purchased these to make a graduation cake for my daughter. It was our first and last time thinking we could be cake decorators. 🤣 The pans weren’t the problem, but our lack of experience was. The cakes baked evenly and released without any issues. I wish I had thought to get something like this years ago. I can’t wait to use the large size during Christmas for our coffee cake.

The pans work great. They are easy to clean. I wash them and then put them in the oven at 250 to dry. They can rust so need to get really dry.The so called parchment paper is not your normal parchment paper. They appear to be some kind of plastic with paper on top. When you remove the cheesecake you will see what looks like paper on the bottom of your cake. In some cases it tastes and feels like a very thin layer of paper. What is left behind on the bottom of the pan is a very thin layer of plastic( like saran wrap) that you peel off so you can clean the pan. We will be throwing the rest out because I do not trust this stuff. Will use real parchment paper or wax paper in the future.
