This product is nice enough to serve my purpose. It seems sturdy and well made. The release of the clasp is easy. The bottom falls out as it should. My only negative comment is that it arrived bent.I’m not going to be able to use it for anything that needs to be perfectly round.

I've used Springform Pan 9" to make a pumpkin pie and a cranberry tart, in both cases using the gingersnap cookie tart crust recipe from The Washington Post 12/14/2023. This pan works great for any crust that you push into place with your fingers rather than first rolling out with a rolling pin. The pan doesn't leak, is easy to disassemble when the tart has cooled out of the oven, is easy to clean, and is easy to reassemble after the rim and base have been cleaned.

It was a gift for my baker daughter. She loves it for making cheesecake for individuals or couples.

Made a cheesecake a few days ago in this pan and it worked great. No complaints. It's non-stick, easy to clean and works well.

I made cheesecake in an air fryer in this, and while some butter that I greased the pan with leaked out, it was a negligible amount which caused no problems. I also baked a flourless chocolate cake in the regular oven, and there were no leaks of any kind.I always use parchment rounds to line the bottom of all pans, and the fact that the bottom of this pan does not allow the parchment to stick to it makes it especially easy to remove the cake from the pan completely.More than 50 years ago, there were weekly cooking school lessons in the paper from the likes of Julia Child, and daily recipes with instructions, not just lists of ingredients, made success more likely. I learned to always put a pan under either springform or tart pans, which have removable bottoms. (Tart pans, which allow complete removal as well, require a crust, as they otherwise leak terribly and make an awful mess.) I don’t know of a single comprehensive source today which provides such complete, detailed information on what to do and what not to do.Specialty pans today are not pale shadows of the pans from a golden age. In those days, they were incredibly expensive, leaked profusely, and rusted badly, requiring every single groove or fluting to be painstakingly dried by hand, and they stll rusted like crazy. Forget the idea of nonstick coating! Zero competition meant that manufacturers felt no need to innovate. No women (who did the bulk of food prep) were in any position to suggest everything wasn’t perfect as is.Today, specialty bakeware is cheaper and better, and competition is fierce. The main thing pans like this require is experience (including failure), so it just takes patience and practice to routinely turn out the masterpieces many reviewers report. Throwing the pans away or endlessly returning them is a waste of time, effort, and money.

While the quality is based on price this Springform Pan works well when we bake our cheesecake. You do need to wrap the bottom with foil if you plan on using it in a water bath since it is not completely form fitting and does leak. However, the price is well worth the quality of the pan. We'd buy again if we needed another pan.

The description states it's for a 6-8 qt Instant Pot cheesecake... but when it arrived I was really surprised at how small it is; it fits in my 6 qt IP, but it won't make a very large cheesecake, lol (3rd pic is of a standard size teaspoon for size reference). The quality seems good, but make sure you read the product item description carefully so you know what size you're getting!

My grandson loves cheesecake. Making one in my pressure cooker is so simple that I do it frequently. I have a silicone cake pan, which I liked. Bought this Bellemain as a back up. I find that it is even easier to use than my silicone one. Therefore it has become my primary "reach-for" pan. It fits well in my 6 qt. Instant Pot, is well made, plus the price was right.
