The 1.5-inch Bunkie Board , Split Bunkie Board provides a surface foundation for any platform beds, bunks and daybeds. It adds support to the mattress and will keep mattress stay in good shape thus extending the life of your mattress. It will give a firm bottom support for the mattress and raises the mattress up for about 1.5 inches. Fits twin bunks. Was a must because of 6 inch foam mattress flimsiness. 4 stars because seems like too much money some wood and fabric

Recently I bout a mid century platform bed , since day one the mattress was sagging in the middle, the platforms legs were coming of. Once we got this problem solved. I sleep good🙏

This product has been a world of difference in making my new foam mattress work with my slatted best frame! It comes as two separate panels that I was able to easily slide onto my frame.... my mattress is now much better supported!

Whatever is on the photos is not what you receive. I tried it for 3 months and it's done is create more pain. The build quality is horrendous, you'd think something simple both pieces would be he same, but whereas one is uniformed the other one has one edge that's less thick than the other and then in the center another large piece of wood that comes down which does nothing to really secure the bed in any shape or form. The wood in the center is placed so the edges of the thin boards make contact with the bed and if you have a thinner memory foam bed, all you'll feel are 2 bars jabbing you in the back. I haven't gotten a good nights sleep since I purchased it. I'm actually better off with a blanket and the hardwood floor, at least that's even.

Love this! It came 4 days earlier than I expected, it's super easy to move since it comes in 2 pieces. It was a very tight fit, I had to push it down, but it fits and I don't have to worry about it moving.
