Shipping and packaging were fine. No issues. Our old box spring creaked when we sat on the edge of the bed. This new set is sturdy and there is no creaking. Fully assembled. Very pleased and recommend it.

Package delivery great. Easy to get box springs up narrow staircase in historic home, by one senior female. The box springs fit perfectly on full size bed. Quality, well-made!

Purchased because traditional box spring would not fit up the stairs. This was the perfect solution and was a bonus that it is low profile as it does not raise the mattress as high as a traditional box spring. Delivery arranged on certain time and day. Took a little longer than expected but only a few days. Very happy with the purchase. Would definitely recommend if you need a box spring

I needed this because my old box spring couldn't fit up the stairs in my home. It worked great. I did have to add extra slat supports underneath on the bed frame because the double box spring folded in and collapsed my bed slats the second night I used it. Once I added more support I've had no more issues.

I ordered this split queen box spring after realizing I needed one for the bed that I just bought. I was a little skeptical after reading the poor reviews on here that have photos showing poor quality. The box spring arrived very quickly, 3 days before Amazon said they would be here. They arrived in one cardboard box. Each one was wrapped in plastic. After removing the plastic, I was really taken back by how nice the actually looked. The white fabric has a nice design on them, the wood was sturdy and nothing was broken, and everything was stapled together. It looks like a very well made box spring. The other reviews on here I am not sure if they got the exact same thing I did. I got the "4" Fully Assembled Split Box Spring for Mattress, Queen" and it looks great. I have been using it for over two weeks now and It has been wonderful. The only thing that was wrong was that during shipping the package got punctured and the put a baseball size hole in the bottom part of the box spring. Since that will literally never be seen by anyone, I didn't care. I think that a lot of the reviews saying they are broken and "flimsy" when they arrive were broken during shipping, and not the fault of the manufacturer.All in all, I am highly satisfied with my split box spring. Have had no issues with two 150 pound people sleeping on it every night. It looks very nice and does not seem flimsy or cheap.

I'm actually surprised to see the bad reviews. It is a hard, wooden base, that is meant to put a mattress on top of. I don't know if I have ever owned a box spring base that actually had springs in it, so I guess that could be miscontstrued as a flaw, since there are no springs. But it does the job great. The outsiede cardboard box the base came in was actually tore when I received it, but the overall way it was packaged, there were no marks, nor damage of any kind to the actual product. I bought this for a full size bed, that has a spring coil full-size mattress on top, and my daughter, my wife and I (combined weight probably 350 pounds) have all been on the bed without any issues. Worked great for us, as an economy box spring.Short review: Was as described. Works great. Does the job it's supposed to.
