My box foundation became a perfect breeding ground for bed bugs, as they loved the fabric and nestled into the nooks, cranies and corners of this thing! I would highly recommend a full metal frame with no fabric instead

Our Tuft and Needle Mint mattress was sitting on our old box springs for a couple months and I realized could feel the middle of the the two twin box springs. I had also read the mattress could wear quicker if the foam slipped down irregularly on box springs. I sprung for the Tuft and Needle foundation because I had the mattress already and also because of the 100 day sleep guarantee. The foundation was easy to put together, I did it myself. It fit well setting in our metal bed frame. $400 was a bit high for this though. There would still be plenty of profit for the T&N guys at a hundred less.Additionally, this bed is the most comfortable bed I’ve ever slept on! Incredible.

Super easy to assemble. Have an antique home with narrow doors, low ceilings, narrow stairways. Bought several of these for third floor bedrooms... made the transport of beds very easy up to the rooms. Assembly was quick and easy. Seemingly comfortable enough for guests.

A very well-designed and easy to assemble box-spring replacement for our newly purchased Tuft & Needle 10 inch mattress. We are very pleased with our Tuft & Needle 10 inch mattress replacing our very old and sturdy favorite traditional mattress. It was time to take the leap and we knew what we were buying because my son had installed one in his guest room which we recently slept on. We did not even shop for another mattress because we were sold at first sleep. Very firm and suits us to a T!

This is my 2nd Nod mattress from Tuft & Needle, both for part-time usage. I love their original mattress and sleep on it full time. This mattress is a couple inches shorter, so the difference in support is noticeable for me (I'm 6'3 and over 250lbs), but my wife doesn't notice. For such a low price point the performance is incredible!

I was pretty skeptical ordering a box spring in a box. I am not sure I would call this a box spring (since there are no springs) but it serves the same purpose of raising the mattress up higher.I was pleasantly surprised by the easy of assembly and sturdiess once it was built. The fabric covered wood planks that roll out to form the top were the most difficult part. I feel like they were not sized 100% right (seemed a couple inches short). They velcro down to the edges of the box frame but it didn't seem they really stuck securly. It was good enough though that once the mattress is on top, they are not going anywhere.Overall, the mattress did not have any sag or give on top of the box foundation so it seems to work well. The mattress and foundation are excellent products. Their foundation is an innovative way to provide support to the mattress. Very easy to set up. Not bulky at all. I set it up by myself in about 15 minutes with no tools. The mattress beat our expectation for comfort. This mattress was purchased about one month after we purchased a queen size for our master bedroom. We are very pleased!
