Not too bad but not the greatest bit I’ve used.

My compression bit cut clean but the collar and bearing failed. I contacted SpeTool via email since I was outside of the Amazon return window and after confirming my details they replaced it within a week. Very happy with the replacement and both bits cut beautifully.

I love this router bit. I did some research on different cutting styles & chose this compression bit for clean cuts on both the top edge & bottom surfaces, & it does the job perfectly. I will be buying other bits from this brand when needed

The angular cut up and down seems to cut cleaner. I use on a minimum 2hp router which seems to work best. Good Quality and clean cut.

Smooth cut even on end grain. Large diameter helps the bit not digging in the wood and getting trap causing tearout.Compares to a bit from bits and bits for less then half the price.

If you purchased this bit I would stop using it immediately. I spent last night in the ER due to this bit bending on me after using it the first time. I will not include photos of my injury but I was lucky enough to keep my finger.I did include the piece I was working on. I was removing a small bit of wood left over in the last hole. It was not more than 1/8” by 1/8” that the drill bit left over. Nothing that should have come even close to taxing the bit. This is where it grabbed the piece and threw it tearing out the bottom of the walnut. In the pictures you can see the slight bend in the stem. It was almost fully inserted into the collet and it still bent. When I got back home today I turned the router on to try and figure out how this happened and I found the bit wobbling around. My first thought was I didn’t tighten it down enough so after checking that and making sure it was completely tightened I pulled the bit out and rolled it on my table. It’s very easy to see the wobble in it then.I am incredibly fortunate to still have my finger. I would not recommend this bit to anyone. Please be safe out there everyone!

This router bit is awful, I bought it for flush trimming fretboards and it doesn't cut, it only tears up the bottom of the workpiece. I would return it but sadly amazon doesn't let you return anything after 30 days
