This thing is AWESOME! Looks cool, feels good in the hand, smooth actuation of the trigger and wheel, a good amount of internal storage memory for different vehicles and drive modes, external memory storage for even more vehicles and drive modes, advanced settings for controlled throttle application and ABS, and much more.. This thing has a lot of functions and the range on it is terrific! Definitely worth the money! Just take your time to read the manual to really get the most from this controller.

I have had it for 1 month and it works great Im running a 4 rc with it. For the price it’s the best option, not to heavy and is well made so much better than RTR transmitter. I would buy again when it goes on sale, because spectrum came out with there new transmitter. So the price should come down on this transmitter.

Coming from a guys who's used strictly airtronics/sanwa for the last 25+ years, this is a very nice radio. It's my first spektrum and I got it to go with my new notorious. I haven't used it quite that much yet, but I can tell already it's a great radio. Hopefully it stays this way! So far, I love it and have my sanwa to my daughter for her 6s senton.

My boyfriend races many RC cars and had been wanting one of these remotes forever. Ha absolutely loves it. He is able to run several cars off of one remote. It fits perfectly in his hands. Very comfortable to hold. He has owned this for 6 months now and uses it every weekend for racing. So far, it is holding very strong. He was able to link his cars very easily. 100% worth the price. Functions better than expected.

I recently got back into the RC car hobby and I already have 5 different Arrma vehicle. All of them utilize Spektrum electronics but I got tired of having to use a bunch of different radios to control them. Although this radio has plenty of other upgrades compared to the cheap RTR radios that come with the cars, my main reason for upgrading was to have one radio to control all my vehicles. This radio accomplishes this task perfectly. It is very easy to add new vehicles and bind them up, but you must ensure that the receiver on your vehicle uses the correct protocol. I had one vehicle which used a SLT protocol and the radio would not bind to it; I had to upgrade the receiver to one with DSMR and everything was good. The telemetry the radio provides is also very nice to have: knowing how much battery you have left, or even how hot your electronics are, is very useful. I also feel that the price of this radio is very fair. Pick one up; I have no doubt you will love it!
