I'm very impressed with the quality of the Flysky FS-GT5 6 Channels RC Transmitter and FS-BS6 Gyro Receiver. This is my first FlySky product and I'll definitely be ordering more. I'm using the FS-GT5 on a custom 1/10th scale racer/basher I'm building. I have already tested the receiver and transmitter with one of my other RCs, and they worked great. binding was quick and easy. The receiver is nice and compact and would fit a wide variety of RC projects, and with 6 channels will be plenty for almost ANY application. I also love the the transmitter has a 20 model memory, meaning with a few extra receivers, this one remote could control your entire fleet of vehicles. The FlySky FS-GT5 6 Channels RC Transmitter and FS-BS6 Gyro Receiver provides a huge amount of features, and great bang for the buck.

If you don't mind FlySky's proprietary ESC requirement, this is a fantastic transmitter. I jumped in the FlySky ecosystem a few years ago and I am quite happy. Flysky makes great transmitters that last and are affordable for the most part.

I wanted to get another controller so we can run more RC cars at the same time. I also didn't want to spend a lot of money on this one. This Flysky really surprised me. For the cost, this controller is very nice. It's 6 channels so it has spare channels to have fun with. I can save the programming of 20 different RC vehicles for easy access. The remote has a real good feel to it and easy to use. Programming is straight forward, I did have to use the manual a few times especially for the gyro. The remote can also use a 2c lipo, love that, No charging port, but no need. The receiver is small so it will fit smaller vehicles as well. And getting more RX units is inexpensive. This remote is impressive enough to put in a case. I've used it at distances of 250' plus and so far, no glitches. The 2.4 system works great. I doesn't have all the features my higher end units have, but for my needs, it doesn't need them and the price is amazing for what it does offer. Love it.

I have quite a few flysky remotes and I'm very happy with all of them! the build quality is very nice on this controller, the response range are equal at least if not better than any of my stock traxxas, axial, or so on controllers, and the 6 channels is extremely nice for crawlers if your looking to mod and add Accessories, if your looking for an upgrade to your stock receiver I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this one!!!!

I have been in the RC hobby over thirty years now, and I started out using Futaba radios, then switched over to Spektrum when everything went to 2.4 Ghz. This is the first Flysky radio I've used, and I'm very pleasantly surprised. This is a very nice piece of kit! WOW!The transmitter/receiver is packaged in a very nice black box with a form-fitting 2-piece black foam insert to hold everything in place. Picking up the radio reveals a nice heft, giving you a feeling of quality. The LCD screen is backlit, and the color of the three power-on LEDs are easily changeable. To change settings, you use the rotating dial to move the "cursor," and push it down to select. To me it's fairly intuitive. Included is a very compact six-channel receiver with built-in gyro, another nice feature, which is adjustable.I installed the system in a modified 1/10 scale Associated Trophy Rat chassis with a brushless motor. Setting up the radio was easy and it felt good in my hand. It comes with a larger rubber rear grip insert if you have larger hands like I do. The radio feels responsive and the gyro works well to keep a fast rear-wheel drive car from spinning out at speed, and it's easy to adjust from the transmitter. Range seems to be good, which means the car stays in control as long as I can see it (about 250' away). The antenna folds down out of the way when you're not using the radio.Overall, I'd say this is a tremendous value for the money. It's a great upgrade from a standard RTR radio, gives you SIX channels, a large backlit LCD screen, 20-model memory and other high-end level features you normally don't find in this price range. No, you can't change the position of the wheel, nor does it have every pro-level feature, but if that's what you want, look elsewhere. If you want a solid, upgraded radio with nice features and performance without spending a fortune (this one's less than $100), seriously consider the Flysky GT5. It's one of Flysky's higher-end radios, and I don't think you'll be disappointed.

I've been a Flysky user for nearly 15 years, starting with a modified FS-TH9X as my first OpenTX radio. For almost ten years, I've used the FS-GT3C as a cost-effective way for controlling RC cars and trucks. It's worth noting that this model is an older one, released about 6 or 7 years ago, yet it remains effective for RC cars and boats.Consequently, there is an abundance of resources available on YouTube and various RC forums for learning how to use it. However, it does miss out on some of the latest advancements in surface RC technology, which is a consideration that must be balanced with cost for many users. As with any RC device, complexity increases the learning curve, and this case is no different. However, it remains relatively simple to learn and operate, and it definitely provides superior performance compared to the standard controllers included with RTR car kits, enabling the use of one controller for several vehicles and the benefits of only needing to learn one set of common controls. While it may not be a Futaba or Spektrum, its affordability is a significant advantage considering the features it provides. Moreover, it's fairly durable over time, provided the controller isn't run into the ground or mishandled.
