Love it for all of the FPV sims I play such as Velocidrone and FPV Battleground, but the battery indication bar lies. Overall its a great radio, very responsive and comfortable to use with a pinch grip style.

Ordered his little brother first the tx12 I think, then big boy came up and had to snag him as well, let’s just say little bro is in the box sleeping in the garage. Value wise id say it’s perfect since you can use the controller for multiple platforms including PC gaming which is what I’ve done the most id say. Works wonderful both on the drone and on pc. It is a bit on the big side but I don’t mind since I have big hands.

I love my tx16s after having it for about a month. It is the highly rated radio for FPV drones and it is truly a wonderful product. The built in ERLS saved me money and it was honestly pretty easy to bind with my receiver (RP3).I would suggest this to any FPV pilot of any skill level as long as your budget permits. Honestly spending slightly more on a radio is important because it will unlikely break and it’s a piece of equipment you use every time you fly and when you are practicing on the computer.Overall great product

You are getting a solid transmitter for a great price. The things this transmitted does spectrums IX 20 radio doesn’t come close to it. And it’s easy to use. Very happy I made this purchase.

Bound it to XK/WLtoys and Spectrum (a bunch of UMX planes) so far all works great. Just have to watch some youtube tutorials on programming and that's it. Once you learn that in like 15minutes you're golden. Let my friend who uses a spektrum NX10 try it and he ordered one too.

I'm really happy with a lot of aspects of this controller. I love that it runs oss firmware, and that it's highly configurable through edgetx firmware. The build quality is pretty good, it's not too heavy with a battery in it, the controls are easy for my average sized adult hands to reach. One thing that was frustrating is I took out the sd card, and when I tried to put it back in, it missed the sd slot and fell into the interior of the controller. This is because the sd slot in the internal pcb doesn't line up precisely enough, and the result is a gap that is about as big as the slot itself is. I had to open the controller up with a screwdriver and shake my sd card out.Another frustrating thing is that the data port for connecting the controller to the computer for use in a simulator is not the same port as the battery charge port. I don't know any other device that has this daft configuration, and it's a bit frustrating. One final frustration is you cannot use this as a controller in a simulator without having a battery in it, which means you are running down your battery the whole time you are training in the sim when it would make way more sense to just power the controller over usb. Hopefully I missed the right way to do this and the controller doesn't actually have this strange limitation, but I can't figure it out.

I am using this radio connected to elrs receivers, and several crossfire aircraft. The radio is ridiculously configurable and a large bang for your buck. I replaced a spectrum ix12 with this radio and it is hands down better than the IX 12!
