Great Product! My cats took to it right away. It does great with obstacles and works on most surfaces including carpet. There are several modes with different speed options. It's rechargeable on top of all else. I'm super happy with this and the price is fantastic.

I was worried it would have problems dealing with carpet; nope, totally fine. Cats love it, no complaints. 🖖

Hour 2 and 1/2-year-old male cat really likes this toy. My husband saw it on a YouTube ad that popped up for him and said that we should get it. It does have a timer. We're still trying to figure out the different settings in the toy, but he does like it. Ironically, he likes it better when it doesn't move on its own. He also will pick it up by this feather and carry it in his mouth. A couple feet. Some places that the toy lands he does not like so he will pick it up. However, if it moves too fast he just stares at it and will lay down and wait for it to come to him. But he is much more of a fan of it not moving and he can go to it and torture it. He likes things like puffballs and round shapes and so that's why we thought he would love this toy. He also has toys that move and make noises so this was a good combination of the two. It brings him and us much joy

These work great until the outer drive ring comes loose. Once that happens, every time the toy runs into a wall, the gray ring gets dislodged from the drive apparatus, and the thing just grinds away without moving. The last time I tried to use it, I reset the ring 5 times in 15 seconds. After that, I gave up.

This is a fantastic cat toy! Although initially shy of the ball whizzing around, Maizy and Diego soon were on the hunt. This ball exceeded our expectations. It is super fast and easily works itself out of a corner. They love it.
