I live in an area where we don't walk on the sidewalk often, so I never would have considered getting the boots for my dog. However, recently she cut her foot some broken glass and we needed something to protect that foot from her energy while playing outside. The cut was up at the accessory pad on the back of the foot, so I needed something that would go high enough to cover that, and these certainly do, which I think is part of what helps them stay on(at least for the front ones). My girl is very high energy and makes a lot of hard turns when running outside, so seeing the other reviews, I was nervous about if they'd stay on for those. I need not have worried! She can wear them all day, in and out of the kennel, running around with other dogs, playing fetch, and they don't even slip an inch.I will say, though, that you do have to put them on juuust right in order for them to stay on so well. Obviously, you don't want them so tight that they cut off circulation, but if they're too loose, obviously, they'll slip. Once you find the right medium, though, they're perfect, and again, my girl is high energy and not easy to keep things on. Not even the self stick wound wrap sticks sometimes because she'll sit and lick it till it rolls off, so these have completed quite a feat!I can't speak to long-term quality yet as I've only had them a few days, but they appear to be well-made and sturdy! They feel pretty solid and the straps are firmly attached. I think the quickest thing to go will be the elastic band at the top as it's quite thin, but it should still last us a good while!

I put these on our standard poodle & they fit great with the double straps for each & the cinch cord at the top. He got used to walking in them right away. It was raining & while we walked to his (higher ground) spot so he could relieve himself, we had to go through some puddles that were so deep the lower straps on the booties were submerged.If I hadn’t had my tall rubber rain boots on, my dicks would have been soaked. I was confident that Rüfus’ feet were also dry since some reviews I read for these said they kept their dogs’ feet dry.I dried the outside of the boots when we got in & took them off one at a time. Keep in mind that there was at least 2” of the top of the boots that weren’t submersed while he walked on the leash to his spot. The hair between his toes on each foot was dripping wet. The water got in & couldn’t get out.

This isn’t a case of you get what you pay for, I don’t think these are the cheapest booties. I was pretty excited when they came because they did look sturdy and good quality. Well it took them less than a month to start breaking apart. First the black threads started coming off, then the Velcro part actually detached and I had to sew it myself and now a month after I purchased them I see that they’re already cracked at the base. On top of it all the bottom Velcro is a tad low and hits right where my dog’s dewclaws are and is bothering him. I don’t know if that’s a design problem or my dog’s problem.Overall I’m very bummed and it looks like I’ll have to be spending more money to get booties that will last.

My dog suffers from skin allergies so these boots completely protect his paws and legs he walked over thick ice no bother and they are waterproof

My dog needs his paws protected outside due to environmental allergies. He is a large dog about 85lbs. I have gone through so many different brands of boots and these are by far the best I’ve come across. They are easy to put on, the Velcro straps makes for easy sizing adjustment, they provide the protection for his paws while he is outside, they don’t fall off, and they have been washed several times and are still in great condition. They are definitely high quality boots. I didn’t buy these for how they look but more so for what they can provide but of course they look pretty darn cute on him too.

Although quality is good and no matter how tight you put it it won’t stay in and my dog manage throw it off very disappointed

We have tried a total of 9 different boots and these are by far the best!They are super long so provide added protectionThe material is very soft (unlike all others) so it is easier for our dog to walk in themThey have a very strong pad and it looks like it will last wellThey wash in machine fine and do not fall to bits like othersOur dog has a slightly twisted paw due to a birth defect and these actually fit well enough so even he is comfortableI recommend these boots

These didn't end up fitting my dog well. He's between the two smallest sizes and since he's a growing puppy, I got the larger B size. However these seem much bigger than the size indicated, so even his fat front feet slid around in them too much. He's a corgi with short legs obviously, but I had thought I might be able to get these to work since the shaft is pretty flexible and the shorter boots we bought to try, he's able to immediately kick off or the ones with longer shafts were too stiff for him to be comfortable. He hates getting his feet wet, too, so I thought being able to cover his legs with these might help him enjoy the snow fully like he wants. The inside is a nice soft fabric, but I do worry the lower strap is placed where it might irritate his dewclaws. I haven't decided yet on returning or keeping for when he's older.

These are very nicely made dog boots. The front paws were fabulous. They stayed on during our whole walk. The back ones fell off three times before I put them in my pocket. So now I have to figure out how to make them work for the back feet. Sheet garters maybe. Too costly to throw away. Dog is only 15 lbs and white. Needs something to work.

Die Schuhe passen gut und sind gut verarbeitet und rutschen auch nicht. Wasserabweisend sind sie aber nicht geeignet für Pfützen . Das sollte man beachten . Leicht anzuziehen und gut zu reinigen . Die Maße stimmen

I've been a customer of Spark Paws for awhile, only sweaters though. Their products are always fantastic quality. My dog recently lost use of his back legs and we got a wheelchair for him. He still tries to use his legs in the chair, so I bought dog socks from another company on amazon to prevent sores on his feet from dragging and knuckling. The socks don't stay on so I went looking for something else. When I saw Spark Paws made these I bought them right away. They are easy to put on and tighten, and most importantly they stay on when he's rolling around. They are the same fantastic quality I've grown used to with their sweaters. Thank you Spark Paws!For anyone out there looking for size info - the size chart is pretty accurate - my dog is 75lbs, American Staffordshire Terrier, 2.5 inch paws and the size D are perfect.
