I bought these folders to store my tax papers They are very sturdy and the velcro closure is very strong. I will be purchasing more.

I love these files. You can see thru them. They also velcro shut. No worries if you're clumsy. Spills are nothing on these files. Just wipe them off. Great for school project and notes. The file keeps them clean. Best thing is they are reusable.

I got these to organize lesson plans in for homeschool. Currently I'm using each one to store one letter from the alphabet. They're still relatively new but have been opened and closed many many times as I've been prepping the lessons and so far they've held up wonderfully. They're nice and roomy so I can get any paperwork needed plus art supplies for each lesson inside with ease. The white/clear folders are a bonus because we can stick pictures or play dough mats or line work inside them and it works like a plastic protective sheet for additional activities. They've handled dry erase markers with ease. If they start to wear out earlier than expected I'll update the review.

These folders are wonderful! Easy to corral paperwork with a central location you can drop into a carrycase or purse and retrieve when needed. Slightly oversized so envelopes, papers, magazines, stay flat and wrinkle free. Highly recommend. They are not super sturdy but will last a while and you can trade off colors or color code if you have major documents you need to carry. Highly recommend. (I did not experience the one complaint that the velcro tabs were not aligned...mine were fine!)
