First, these pocket files, or at least the ones I got, will fit legal. Just shy of 14-1/2" inside. (Another brand I returned claimed legal but only 13-1/2"). Decent but flimsy material but bad design/construction of the bottom corners. They have "tabs" which are extensions of the side panel fold down to form the inside corner. They are not attached in any way to the bottom. This means you can stick your finger through under the "tab". Need to tape either the inside, outside or both to seal folder. Even then, wouldn't get it wet or the liquid will probably leak in and get the papers wet.For my purposes (just reading files) little disappointed, but will work. If you plan to store valuable papers, try another brand.
