Saw a woman who pulled cash from a paper envelope at an event. I bought these plastic envelopes so they would not wear out. I carry 2 in purse, one for cash and another for coupons and event tickets. I have a separate device for credit cards.

These budget envelopes are a great tool for keeping my cash and receipts organized. The Morandi colors are soft and calming, and the plastic material is durable enough to hold up over time. The 9x5 inch size is perfect for fitting cash, cards, and receipts without being too bulky. The 6-pack gives me plenty of options for organizing different categories.

I requested these plastic envelopes to help organize the tiny instructions that seem to be provided these days. These envelopes do help organize and protect the instructions, but I wish they had used a Velcro® closure instead of the metallic snaps. While I appreciate the fact that opening these envelopes is quieter than an envelope with Velcro® closures, the metallic snaps are bulkier. Other than that, these are good envelopes for organizing and protecting small instruction sheets, receipts, photos, etc.PROS• Nice sized plastic envelopes for organizing and protecting various documents and photos.• They are provided in various subdued but pleasant colors.• The metal snap closures are effective and quieter than a Velcro® closure (see CONS).CONS• The metal snap closures are bulkier than a Velcro® closure.

These are bigger than ones I purchased from another vendor. These are the perfect size for me. I also purchased budgeting stickers to place on the front. The stickers work wonderful on the outside of the envelope. The envelope is strong plastic but kind of flimsy. I come to accept that from money envelopes. The envelopes are made for money. These envelops are stronger than most. If I need more I will come back to this vendor

These storage envelopes are the perfect size for sorting receipts, bills, or any number of other items. The plastic is flexible but still strong. I love the selection of colors and the snaps hold well. You can fit quite a lot inside.

The color coding means they'll be easy to identify in a filing system, and the snap closure means they won't fall open accidentally while being shuffled around. Labels can easily be added. If you're visual, you can remember which color is used for which kind of paperwork and it will be fast and easy to pick out what you want.

Everything about these plastic organizers is different from most receipt holder/envelopes. First the colors, which are muted tones of blues, pink, gray, lavender, green and ivory (2 of each color in the set of 12). The set allows you to sort by color, and the colors are easy on the eyes - no primary colors here. Second, the size. While 9x5 inches doesn't sound all that big, you can fit a standard (50 sheet) 5x7 inch notepad in each of these. Third, these are not airtight, but the snap closure is secure. The side seams are sturdy as well. The snaps were not my favorite - they work well but folding the flap over would have been fine and taken up less space. While the plastic material is not heavy in weight, it seems up to the job and has not bent or deformed with heavy use. I use these for a variety of tasks, involving sorting papers/mail and other small items such as foreign currency. These could also be useful for gift envelopes/pouches, for small craft projects, and for stickers. And they are big enough that you could use them to sort greeting cards by the month - all but the largest cards will fit in these. They can be labeled - the smooth plastic doesn't take pen well, but I wrote on an ordinary file folder label and the label adhered well to the plastic surface.
