I like to use these to organize my working folders. With manilla folders I can't see the contents. Seeing the papers through the folder is faster and easier for me. After the work is complete, I shred the stuff I don't need to keep or move to manilla folders to file as needed.

I ordered this thinking it will be more like and unbendable hard plastic. But it actually just just resembles a bendable vinyl like the ones used to put a name tag inside. It’s still very thick. And a regular size paper fits about a few centimeters smaller all around. It seems like it will hold. One thing worrying me is if with time the paper will stick when trying to remove it. Only time will tell. Only dislike here is that it won’t fit into a paper filing case. Which has extra rooms on the sides but this cover is still too big for it

Nice, very thick sheet protectors. They do crumple a little however so keep them flat when storing.

So many uses... I slip recipes that I have printed from online sources into these envelope, so the recipe stays clean and dry in the kitchen while it is being followed—one holds the multiple "how to roast a turkey" documents. I slip the plot plan for our community garden plot into one for ready, readable access all growing season long. .I slip knitting and craft patterns into envelopes so that they stay crisp and easily readable. I slip phone tree and telephone number lists into them for easy access near the phone. I slip keepsake documents written by our children and other family papers into envelopes to be passed around at family gatherings. Etc
