I purchased these folders to hold my tax documents. I like the assorted colors and definitely the roominess. I had no problem with all of the supporting papers fitting in with room left over.

I was looking for expandable folders so I could organize loose photographs. These are perfect for the job. They come with a pocket for a notecard label and a sturdy snap. I also appreciate the opacity, texture and binding. Nicely made.

When you have those big files. This is for you. My file cabinet is so neat. Plus keeping receipts for medical all year. Tax time. I just pull the envelope out. And it's all there. These are great!

I love these file folders. They expand easily and holds large packs of documents. I used them for medical documents, copies of tax returns, and other files I always need stored. These folders easily snap shut and stay shut. They are clear so I can easily see what’s in them without having to open them for the most part. They are durable and a great way to organize everything in your drawers and cabinets. Love them! Also, price is great for the amount of folders.

Seriously good folders. High quality textured plastic to obscure exactly what is in them but still see generally (i.e. see that it has files and folders but not be able to clearly read exactly what they say). They may seem too big at first glance but it's because they hold legal sized files and envelopes.They work best like Russian Nesting Dolls. Take all your small stacks of paperwork and organize each stack into its own file/folder, label the tab of that file and move on to the next stack. Once all your stacks are sorted into their own folder, move them into these envelopes. Once these folders are filled they can stand on their own and you can just treat them like a file-cabinet and see the tabs of the individual files. Also, they hold a lot.Get some poly/plastic string closure envelopes and fill them with those booklets you get each year from insurance, or all those packets of info that comes with every new credit card or bank account. Loan or mortgage paperwork, product warranty cards and instruction manuals - that was the biggest problem for me. Every time I get something with instructions they are all different sized and don't easily fit into one space. I just threw them all into one envelope. All those birthday and greeting cards you can't throw away - put them in here.One holds medical paperwork, another holds banking and financial paperwork, maybe use one to keep your kids school papers that have piled up but you won’t throw away and just need to put somewhere that isn’t in the way. They are big enough and sturdy enough to hold pretty much anything that will fit.Instead of baskets and drawers to hold all the paperwork, notepads, office supplies, just throw them in these envelopes, close them up and move on with your day. Satisfied that you finally found a permanent safe place for all those things that really never had a place to go. They are great for archiving old papers as well because they really keep out dust. They are sturdy enough that whatever you put in them won’t really change the shape so if you want to fill them with odd-sized things, the shape won’t change.Once you fill up these envelopes you just slide them into a filing cabinet, closet shelf, garage, storage space or put them into a cube in a cube storage system.The plastic snap closures are very sturdy, once it snaps, they stay shut and don't warp or flex out. They are black gusseted and edged so when they are standing next to each other with the sided showing, they don't show what's in them, they are very clean and unobtrusive. Anyone who likes to organize or who NEEDS to organize or has a lot of random things that don't fit into one space will really get use of these.Finally, they come with gel pens to write on the outside tabs, a pen for each envelope. The pens are pretty nice.
