It broke before our first use but i was able to fix it. My girl is a 70lb hunky rottie mix with a HUGE HEAD so it just barely fit. very flimsy but hey it was cheap and i got her pics.

The product works as a hat, but arrived with some small issues. First, the hat is attached together using hot glue. This hat has globs of dried hot glue wherever the velcro was attached.The edges of the cap were sewn, but the thread is still sticking out.The hat works fine, but these small details make it seem like the hat was haphazardly done.

It was good for what we needed it for, but probably not for multi-use. It fit my 4 month old french bulldog puppy perfectly! She was about 12lbs at the time.

I purchased this to use for the puppy class I teach. We allowed each dog to pose with the hat on. The slide button to tighten the string lasted all of 5 minutes. In fact, it's dangerous to the dog because it's small, easily swallowed, and has a small spring. The first dog chewed it right off and we had to sweep his mouth to get all the little pieces before he swallowed them. After that point, there is no way to tighten the hat but I'll figure something out. Be careful with attaching and detaching the mortarboard from the cap, it's pretty flimsy. All that said, all the dogs who would allow it on their head were adorable and I will be able to use it for future classes. If you are purchasing this for just a single use, you'll have no worries.
