Super soft and more comfortable for our dog and our he doesn't bump into everything. Unfortunately though, it's too soft and our dog was able to keep licking his paw. So, if it's something to protect their ears or neck it's great. Anything below that, it just doesn't work. Size is pretty accurate and it's easy to put on.

My dog had a complicated surgery, requiring a much longer period (over a month) of having to wear a hard plastic e-collar. This Dog Cone Soft Recovery Collar has been the perfect e-collar liner, providing a soft, breathable material for my dog's face. She now sleeps much more comfortably. I have machine washed it twice so far, and the material and stitching has held up nicely.

We have had various dogs. Pip our 45lb dog is a chill old lady who has a bandage on her leg for the week. This cone was perfect for her! No more knocking things off the coffee table with the unwieldy (huge!) plastic cone :). She still wants to lick her leg but the cone does just enough to prevent her.Now, if she was like some other frantic dogs we have had... maybe she could have gotten past it. But this cone was exactly what she needed. Thanks!

This uses to be the best soft collar. They changed it after my first purchase years ago and now it's way too flimsy and doesn't stop the dog from reaching anything. It's entirely useless and shouldn't even be sold.Do not buy

It’s definitely more comfortable than the traditional cones but it’s very flimsy and so it doesn’t do what it’s supposed to. It would be perfect if it had something sturdy to make it stand out around the face. After an hour, it looked like a scarf on my dog.

Unfortunately, this does not work for longer nosed fur babies, but I think it is a great soft, cushioned cone for smaller dogs or dogs with shorter noses. Needs to be deeper in depth so they cannot reach the back legs. Rated 4 star because I think it's a great cone, just doesn't work for larger dogs.
