Perfect grippiness, nicely spaced geometries for a young person, and has a good footfall feel to it. Also great for a star destroyer landing strip, apparently, haha. Fun for all means!

I got this for my 8 year old for improving dribbling skills, pull back, sideways roll etc. During winter, it gets dark soon and soccer is off season for coaching and matches, this keeps my kid engaged and keep going. Markings are very bright on the mat which is good. Mat is not as thick as i expected it to be. It is used in backyard on concrete surface it holds up fine. I dont see mat moving, bending or slipping away. It does get dirty easily with shoe mark but easy to remove and wipe off the marks. It did come with crease/folding mark which hasnt gone away yet. Overall good mat for practicing and improving dribbling skills for kids, youth and adults.

My daughter wants to practice her soccer footwork, but with hard flooring, the ball rolls all over the place on her. This mat gives marginal resistance to slow the ball down. The added feature of the patterns gives her something to follow along with a little more. Nice training mat, but not really a "game changer". Within 10minutes, you could probably be training without the mat for guidance. But it does help the loose rolling around, so there is value there.

This mat has improved my daughter’s foot skills in just a few days. She is able to practice inside her room and it does not slip around. It’s very simple with simple visuals for the exercises. You can roll it up after practice so you have the floor space back.

I was looking for an affordable soccer training mat to help improve my kids soccer footwork before their next season. This option allows me ample opportunities to even teach them indoors during the winter, by pulling up YouTube videos, while manually guiding them at their own paces with various skills and control. I like this mat for stability and price point in comparison to its expensive competitors. I also like the design because it helps with various points of mobility and direction so that my kids can be more comfortable with soccer ball control. Although this doesn’t come with some of the fancier features of competitors, such as a smart ball or a video camera or even an app, I think that it functions on its own without all the frills and thrills and it stands alone as a great product that gives results and I would definitely recommend.

I am not sure if this mat is supposed to be self-explanatory. But the mat came with no instructions. My middle school child gave one look at it and said he won't use it. This may just be because he is a middle schooler though. Quality seems good but we will sadly not get much use out of it.
