Overall, I think this is a solid option for improving footwork, especially given the price compared to some of the premium brands that cost over $100.Quality & PerformanceThe neoprene material feels nice and provides a decent surface for drills. However, it’s not great to use on a rug or carpet, as it can shift around a bit. It works much better on a hard surface where it stays in place.Missing Instructions & Training ResourcesOne of my biggest disappointments was that the mat comes with nothing but the mat itself. No instructions (like using the mat on hard floors only), no training guide, and no QR code linking to drills was provided. I would have expected at least a small card with a link to YouTube training videos, but fortunately, there are plenty of free videos online that can be used to get started.Design & Minor FlawsThe printed numbers and lines are clear, but there was some light discoloration on a few of them. It’s nothing major and doesn’t affect usability, but it’s worth mentioning.Value for MoneyWhat makes this mat stand out is its affordable price. It’s a generic version of more expensive training mats, making it a great option for those who want to practice footwork without spending a fortune. You just don't get an app and training drills.Final Verdict✅ Pros:✔ Good quality neoprene material✔ Affordable alternative to expensive brand-name versions✔ Great for improving ball control and footwork❌ Cons:✖ Doesn’t stay in place well on carpet or rugs✖ No included instructions or training resources✖ Some minor discoloration on printed markingsIf you’re looking for a budget-friendly training mat and don’t mind finding your own drills online, this is a great value option.

My child has been using this mat for about two weeks now and loves it a lot. This mat didn't come with any instructions so we have to YouTube the drills. Overall the mat seems durable and sticks to the floor.
