My dad's old car had a musty smell that we couldn't get rid of. A few sprays with this product and it was gone! His basement also had cat urine odor that he couldn't get rid of. I sprayed about 1/4 of a bottle around the basement and presto...the odor was gone!

I bought this stuff and it came today, used it to spray favorite pee spots in the backyard and even the dogs seem confused that the smell is gone. Really great stuff

My only issue is the smell. I felt nauseous after my Husband sprayed around our front door where a cat has been spraying.

Got this product because I have a cat that is a "scarf-n-barfer." Annnnnd most of the house is carpeted. Even with carpet cleaning, barf is some potent biological matter.As soon as the product was delivered, I ripped open the box, popped the sprayer into the bottle, and gleefully applied a fine mist to the carpet and stairs. It took nearly 3/4 of a bottle to liberally apply to about 2000 square feet of surface.To check that it worked, I went outside to "clear my nose." When I came back in, there was no unpleasant scent. It de-funkified the smell. BAM! just that fast. There was no caustic chemical smell either. I got inspired by another user's review and used it in the cat's litter box room. It also worked on the ammonia smell that male kitty urine can have.I'm a loyal customer now! Totally worth the $20+ cost. If in doubt, don't be. Just buy it :)
