I like having this traction helper in my car. I feel like in an emergency it would definitely get me out of a jam. It is well made, heavy duty, and easy to use. I recommend it for your peace of mind, and hope you never need it.

I had high hopes for these chains since I figured they would be easier to install than your standard snow chains. And when I got stuck, they were easy to place, and it did get me unstuck from the snow, but when I started driving (less than 5MPH), I noticed a weird sound coming from wheel well. I checked on the tires. The chains were still on there, but they were already bent and was scraping the wheel well and my fender. Luckily I was still carrying the old school snow chains. The framing had bent from the chain. It could use a more robust metal to harness the chain.

Buy it!! These worked out great for my rwd pick-up. Still good and nothing broken after 20min drive in about 2 inches of snow. Made it up hills with no problem. These got me home safe and sound.

Surprised at how well this works and how compact it is, making storage in my vehicle easy. Can be used either side of the tire, depending on where you’re stuck. Quality product, durable.

We got this track to keep in the car in case we get stuck in snow, of which we tend to get a lot! It's very sturdy and seems well made. I have no qualms about it holding up to the weight of a car or breaking in cold weather. However, there is only one included, while you'd almost certainly want two in case of an emergency. To be fair, the fact that there is only one is included in the title, so it was just me not reading well, but it seems a little silly to sell them as singles when you are almost certain to need two. So just something to be aware of. We haven't had to use it yet (thankfully!) so I don't exactly know how well it will work, but it also looks a little short to be fully effective. I do like the design though - there's a thinner section at the end to wedge under the tire, while the actual traction section is thick and sturdy and has plenty of friction. There's also an easy to use handle. Hopefully this will be a good tool to have in our trunk for emergencies.

This looks like a great addition to my winter car kit. I have not used it yet and hope that I never need to but it looks well made and easy to use. It is a good size to fit in the trunk and should be easy to use if I ever get stuck in the snow or need to help someone else out.

This is a great product to have for emergencies or even to use for removing ice from the windshield. Would definitely recommend having this in your vehicle.

Used the snow mat recently with a snow storm we had here, dropped about 4 inches of snow and used this snow mat to get my car up my driveway. Worked great! Without the mat my car usually just spins its tires trying to get up the driveway, with this I can easily get up the driveway and back into the garage. I have been carrying this snow mat for the past few weeks waiting to use it and was thankful I had it. I recommend getting one or even two for both tires. It works great with one but you will get better grip with two of them for both front tires. Its important to stick the mat in front of the fires and make sure to step hard down on the mat so it sticks into the snow. Then slowly gas the car and drive over the mat allow the mat to grip into the car tie and into the snow. Make sure no one is behind or to the side in case the mat goes flying because it could cause serious injury if it was flying fast enough and hit someone in the ankle/leg. Great product!
