I had been using OEM Honeywell or Fette filters until there seemed to be some kind of supply chain issue, so I tried these. The humidity in my room wouldn’t go an above 33% and the filter was not wicking water, even if I turned it upside down several times to insure both top and bottom were wet. The Honeywell and Fette filters easily bring the humidity in my room up to 40% and above in a matter of an hour, even when the heater is on non- stop. Don’t buy these, they don’t work.

Filters last a long time with repeated humidifier use. Of course you should also use the bacteriacide and flip the filter each time you refill the humidifier, but if you do that it will last you at least a month / filter.

These were off label but worked like a charm in my Honeywell humidifier and were less expensive than the name brand.

One lasted all winter...I used only one handwashing each time I cleaned unit ....even still strong and working when I put it away unit....

So cheap to use 2-3 last all season if washed often and machine kept clean really appreciate that you still carry these as I am 81 and can easily clean and keep water containers filled

A little cheaper because buying in bulk. I find that the softer your water is, the longer they last.Lime and calcium kill any kind of filter early.
