Works very well - on Mac desktop, you have to plug in the USB into the back of the unit which can be a pain. With this, it makes the task much easier - works well - can't go wrong with this quality product.

It arrived a day earlier than expected. It is small and very light weight. I have a Microsoft ServicePro with Window 10 operation. I struggled with one USB port for years, now I can plug in my printer, wireless mouse and external storage drive all at the same time. It works instantly, no software installation required. Hope it will continue to work as advertised. I am happy with this purchase, very reasonable price.

There are so many USB hubs out there to choose from. After reading many reviews, I chose the SmartQ hub, and I couldn't be happier. This hub is compact because of it's sideways port configuration. The 2 foot cable is the perfect length for my needs. It's great to give me more ports and makes it easy to copy from one flash drive to another. I liked this hub so much I ordered another one for my other computer.

Our recent laptop purchases were much needed upgrades, however most newer computers have only one or two USBs... For many of us with older functional "non-blue tooth" peripherals, we need more USB ports.This device is simple, clean looking, reasonably priced and most important... FUNCTIONAL Now I enjoy my new laptop and still access all my other devices without constantly plugging and unplugging them.

Works fine and is very useful plugged in to the computer to give some extra outlets. Took it with us to the USA where it was very handy for charging phones, tablets and watches

My Laptop is unlike most laptops - the keyboard (even though it's a year old) has basically failed to work. I have to use a bluetooth keyboard and mouse (USB #1), I also have two external drivers (USB #2, #3) and I have a headset (USB #4). Here's a little lesson for ya. The reason some of the 1 star ratings claim it's faulty or doesn't work right is they're plugging too much into this USB hub. It works great but when the more powerful externals are plugged into it at once it crawls. But right now the keyboard/mouse which I'm using to write this drivel, and the headset are plugged into the hub while one external is plugged into my laptop. All is well in the Universe.Be smart. Don't overload the hub. It works as described. It works well and it's a great investment. Class dismissed.

I've used a lot of splitters in the past, and this one, so far, is the best I've ever had! No lags, no hiccups, perfect! The size is fantastic, easy to put out of the way. LOVE THIS!
