Unfortunately I was not impressed with this DSmart Ring.Set up was ridiculously hard and time consuming, the ring does not keep a full days charge, step, heart rate, blood pressure and blood sugar are all off.And it’s yet to actually record a sleep routine for me.

My wife didn’t like to wear a watch so I had to get her this to track her sleep, steps and health. Fits her perfectly. Very easy to setup using her iPhone. It’s waterproof so she keeps it on her at all time. Working out great for her.

I hate wearing watches, so when I found out there are fitness rings I was really excited to try it. I've only been using it a few days but it works great. It even does heart rate, oxygen level, etc. You have to download the app which is pretty straight forward to use. Great find for a great price.
