For the price you cant go wrong - Yea you can spend more money to get more options. If you need to just track your health this is the product to purchase - BP just remember its not a blood pressure cuff it may be off if it is just calculate the difference from you Dr, office, Its made so you can see that you BP is not all over the place - Its a great starter ring to make sure you can tolerate a ring on your finger I am pretty sure you will be happy with the purchase.

Readings for BP and HR are skittle lower than my cuff. Your rings do not come in 1/2 sizes. Either loose or to tight.

Day one it’s amazing! I just got out of hospital for low oxygen until my actual oxygen tank gets here! So accurate! It also does my blood pressure which I didn’t even know it did that when I bought it! Will update review with overnight results.
