Here's an honest review after using it for almost a week, and I’ve been really happy with it so far. First off, it looks great—super sleek and minimalistic.But it’s not just about looks. The tracking accuracy has really impressed me. It picks up on my steps, heart rate, and sleep patterns reliably. Plus, the companion app is straightforward to use, so I can check my progress at a glance without a bunch of fiddling around.Another standout feature is the battery life. I can go several days before needing to charge it, which is fantastic because I’m not big on having to constantly recharge gadgets. It’s also surprisingly comfortable—I sometimes forget I’m even wearing it, which is a plus since I like to track my activity 24/7.Also, the waterproofing on the ring is immaculate, as I have taken it swimming and into the shower and nothing odd happens, works as normal and it is IP68 rated.I have to mention how helpful the seller was throughout the process. They answered my questions quickly and made sure I had everything I needed before and after the purchase. It’s nice knowing that if I ever have an issue or question, I can count on them for support.Overall, this has been a great purchase. I have been using this ring a couple of weeks now and I really love it. The battery life is impressive and the charge case doesn’t take up a lot of room in my purse. I wanted a ring to wear while swimming and this one has worked great. I do wish it tracked more activities but it does support 7 different activities. The software and app are easy to use and it was easy to set up. This ring tracks your heart rate, blood oxygen levels, blood pressure and sleep. You can even get calories burned which helps when trying to loose weight or maintain. Overall I am very satisfied with the ring and felt the quality of the product was excellent.

I am not impressed with this smart ring. About the only good thing I have to say is the battery life is decent. It will last 4-5 days on a charge of the ring itself. I don't have anything that I can compare the accuracy of the heart rate, blood pressure, and O2 monitors. Now for the bad things. It's made from some sort of resin so it gets dings and scratches easily and feels like a plastic ring. And, the reason I bought it was for the sleep monitor which is horrible. I started using it on the weekend and if you're like me on days off, I will play on my phone for a while after waking up. During that time it continued to record that I was sleeping. During the week I work nights and sleep during the day, which it did not register that I slept at all. I'm glad it wasn't super expensive and I got it on sale, that means I didn't waste as much money as I could have.

I’m really impressed. It’s small and comfortable to wear but tracks so much heart rate, sleep, and even blood oxygen levels. I love that there are no subscription fees, and the family care feature is a nice touch if you want to keep an eye on loved ones’ health.
