It's a big machine, maybe too big for it's overall usefulness. Kids will love it, but due to the fact that one must stick to recipes with a proper alcohol or sugar content, preparation is better left to adults. The machine is mostly made of plastic, and is quite heavy due to the compressor, mostly. Speaking of plastic : The release lever is made of plastic. It's made from thick plastic, but it's plastic nonetheless. Considering one has to pull constantly on that lever to serve, I could see it being a failure point in the future.Now, after a quick glance at the manual, you'll see that ultimetely, it's relatively easy to operate and easy to clean too with a clean function and some parts that are dishwasher safe. You get a "recipe" manual that covers a few interesting choices, and the manual does state what sugar and alcohol content your slushies should have. You must stick to these guidelines, but otherwise, it's a pretty simple operation with a few buttons, a prepartion time (30-45 minutes on average) and then you serve.One thing of note : On our first try, we got some E3 error, or something like that twice. It may have been due to the fact that our content was a bit too low in sugar compared to what was recommended as we used maple syrup instead of sugar.Oh, and the machine arrive with a couple of plastic tags to help you set up the machine and to tell you what to do and what not to do. It's nice, but it's so sticky that I got some issues removing it. I couldn't completely remove the top one so it left a sticky mess! That's a little bit disapointing to say the least.My take is that it's quite expensive though, and for a unknown brand option, it's hard to dish that amount of money when there's plenty of well established brands that offer that kind of product.

i really like slushies and with the device i have been making all kinds of slushies every single day.right out of the box it takes you 15 seconds to get it to work , just bring whatever you want to make slushie out off and put it in the tank and turn it on and wait.tried it with pop,juice and even home made fresh juice (had to add extra sugar) and it worked like a charm.also you can customize the thickness/slushiness (1 to 5) with five being the thickest and i do recommend 3 or 4 as its the perfect ratio of forzen/liquid for optimal taste.honestly if i could rate it more than 5 stars i would happily do it

I have never had anything like this before. It's big but also compact, so it doesn't take up as much space as I expected on the counter. It comes with a recipe book, which is very helpful. It's easy enough to use but you absolutely have to make sure that you follow the recipes because if you don't put the right ratio of ingredients, it won't work. Like you need to have a certain amount of sugar for example.The machine is mostly plastic, but it's thick, sturdy plastic so I think it will be durable. It's a lot easier to clean than I anticipated. I thought it would be annoying to clean but the cleaning process was pretty simple. It just needs a lot of water.It does take time to make the drinks. It's not instant. Sometimes up to an hour wait for it to freeze the liquids, otherwise it won't be the right consistency.How I review:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Love it. Definitely recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Like it. Overall recommended.⭐️⭐️⭐️ = Decent product, might still recommend but has some minor flaws.⭐️⭐️ = I do not like or recommend it. There are too many flaws.⭐️ = Item does not work as advertised. Major flaws.
